Ill ***nered,short tempered,grumpy *** named Simon at the reception.While checking out nd clearing the bills,I pointed out to him that we have been charged for one extra order which we dint make.To this,he angrily tore the bill slip and threatened,"Listen,dont pay anything".I and my wife were taken aback at this sudden fit of rage of his, because we had stayed there for 11 days nd paid 25k,and this was the treatment meted out to us.TERRIBLE,DISGRACEFUL

WORST HOTEL EVER....Pros- Just near by Calangute beach..Now list of CONS- * Rooms are worst like chawl...lights were not proper low light in room.. *No full mirror u will need to seat down and check ur dress up * Risky- As it has quite transparent curtain which make it risky for changing cloths and if anyone outside can easily view all in ur room.So thats make it unsafe for couples * TV was not working at all..complaint twice first day he did not send anyone..very next day complaint again he said it is working fine as i handed keys and he did as per him but when i back it was not done and later i call Angelo he didnt pick my call. * No proper hot water in tap, hence need to bath with cold one. * Red ants on the bed all over, we didnt eat anything in the room but ant from wall came all over the bed.thats dangerous * Toiletries was not provided which even worst of worst hotel provide generally.. * Breakfast was mention buffet on my booking email but in actual it was limited. Literally we felt when i will go back to home...thats too first time happen such feeling in Goa....

The service given by them was Excellent,Room was in Gud condition, beach is at walkable distance from Hotel,also they had Restaurant facility in their premises,having special deluxe rooms,Hotel has their parking area,

Hotel is located on the main road and is near Calangute beach (walkable distance). Amenities like Rental scooter are very near. You can bring outside food or oder from any online portals. The rooms are very comfortable and staff is very good. The ***ager Mr. Sameul gave us a very good deal and is a thorough professional. We could not enjoy the pool due to government restrictions but it's good to note that all government guidelines are being followed. If you are a family/couple/bachelor, I will recommend this hotel to you.

Its a very good budget hotel and they gave us a good deal... When we enter into the room the fragrancy of the room was wonderful and other people will experience the same The room is hygie as well as the ***agment was very friendly and the hospitality was superb... I do recom***d people who are coming to goa first time they should stay at this hotel 4.9 stars from my side 😀
