Just visited the property and had a wonderful experience from the reception till we checked out.the location the hotel staff were very helpful.would like to highlight some staff Amina, Jamal ,Mohammad.will definitely come back would recommend to all my friends

During my stay at Yu Hotel Candolim, I experienced exceptional hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and a serene atmosphere. The staff was attentive, and the amenities provided added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. I would highly recommend it for a pleasant stay.

Pathetic service - the staff is so rude I was unwell, they did not allow my husband to get food plate from breakfast menu. I had paid for breakfast to be included with my stay. Very very rude staff. A fruit platter is included in the stay, I had confirmed with them that I’ll order the day of checkout as I was unwell when I had come they agreed - but when I called them the last day to deliver, they started arguing that they won’t deliver. Very bad service, they ignored all the requests at the breakfast table, for my husband. Very bad feeling after staying there. ***agement is really sad - they don’t know what hospitality is.

Nice place with spacious room and good food quality. Staffs and guard are very co-operative. Beautiful stay to spend your vacation in north goa, all sigh seeing are nearby to this hotel like candolim, baga, calanguet and aguda fort.

It was an amazing stay at Yu hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. Beautifully designed place overall. The breakfast menu is delicious and has nice varities. The staff is very polite and courteous. Thanks to the wonderful staff for making our stay a memorable one.

Everything was wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean room. Food was tasty. Good location. We had a great time here and we will definitely book a room at this hotel again at my next visit in goa.

Good vibes, clean, and the service is very good. At the reception Miss Classy was very polite and always ready to help. Always replied to all our quires. Would recommend my friends. Even the staff in the restaurant is very good and the service is excellent.
