Arotel Rooms & Suites

It was a really good stay, spacious and well maintained rooms, staff is very courteous and helpful, it was overall a good experience staying at arotel.

I stayed for 2 days, good clean and big room same as shown in pics, good staff behaviour , nice swimming pool 👍 Restaurant isn't working after noon but that doesn't matter as there are plenty of options even late night in that area

i am writing to express my disappointment and concern about my recent stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, my room was infested with cockroaches. i was shocked and disturbed to see these unwanted creatures scurrying across the floor and even on the bed. It was a nightmare! as a paying customer, i expect a certain level of cleanliness and hygiene, especially in a hotel. The presence of cockroaches is unacceptable and a serious health concern.

Ac is not working properly and fridge also but hotel manager is co operative but over all very bad stay

The hotel is located in prime location and the service, amenities, cleanliness were really good. Highly recommendable and worth for money

We stayed here just before Diwali 2022 i.e. Oct 2022. We had booked a Deluxe room with single King size bed with extra mattress. But when we checked-in we were in a surprise that the owner Gaurav had upgraded our accommodation to Execute Suite with Balcony. He was gracious to upgrade to Executive Suite considering we had 2 small kids. That was very considerate and generous of him. Can’t thank him enough for this gesture. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and clean. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. The dining area is nice and neatly maintained. Location: Though the hotel is located in Calangute but it is bit off the main road, hence less crowded. There are plenty of restaurants near by at a distance of 5 10 mins by vehicle. Beach: Hotel is not located near the beach. But you can reach the beach within 10 mins or so. Parking: There was parking available for my car within the property premises. The breakfast was good, but there a room for improvement in this department. We didn’t have lunch or dinner as the kitchen was not fully functional. Staff: The staff was courteous. We had asked to clean the room on 2 days. On 1st day it was cleaned before our return. On 2nd day it was not done before we came back by evening. Place for improvement here. If you are considering proximity to Calangute, Candolim yet away from hustle bustle this is definitely a place to stay. Family and Kids friendly.
