I arrived here with my son (4 years old) Overall a great stay here but just a few things I would have liked to known before arrival/booking. You cannot check in until 2pm but there’s a room for your suitcases so you can go straight to the restaurant/snack bar/drinks. We did manage to check about 1pm and our room was ready. The hotel staff/entertainment speaks multiple languages mostly French or Spanish. As I arrived as did another couple just infront of us (French) a male staff member came over ready to great us and take us around but a the receptionist corrected them and he was for the French couple not us. As a solo parent with my child I would have liked a tour around. The snack bar was really good.. bacon, hot dog sausages, burgers, chips, pizza, baguettes, salad, pastry’s, loads of fresh fruit. Breakfast was good, bacon, sausages, scrambled egg, fried, boiled, toasties, fried friend, chocolate pancakes, with Nutella, croissants and other multiple pastries. Also always fruits, cereal, hams and cheeses. And baguettes and bread. The restaurant was ok I had no problem eating most days but there isn’t any food options like you’d have for children like chicken nuggets etc. I had to go to snack bar for him. For lunch and dinner there was always different types of pasta, paella, chips, rice, vegetables, fish, some days chicken, viel, beef. Salad selection really nice, they had British sauces also. They had ice cream there and at the bar area but if you wanted branded ice lollies you need to pay for these. The rooms lovely, air con which is needed. They have 2 lifts but they are tiny and always a wait as this hotel as 8 floors. They had entertainment every night I didn’t manage to get to see it every night as my son would be in bed but they have a kids disco at 9 which I thought was a bit late. Right opposite the hotel loads of shops with British items, and souvenir shops everywhere. 2 minutes down the road a trampoline area and games for kids which is cheap. Beach literally 2 minutes away.. ask for the way through the other side of hotel. Lovely park area for the kids next to snack bar. Pools are good, the kids pool is a good size and the other a good size too you can’t have large inflatables though. Kids one that’s no problem. Sunbeds wasn’t a problem but if you wanted a particular spot I’d get up early to put your towel down. People do this early. You can’t go in the pool till 10pm. Overall a good stay here I ate out twice due to first night needing to get my son to bed early and the last night as a treat and there’s a selection of restaurants close by and not expensive at all.

Samoa hotel part of the globales resorts I wood rate this hotel a 1 🌟 I have been here for 3 days and can't wait to go home ROOM plugs are falling off the walls not clean . cleaners walk in very early but at least the air-conditioning work.POOL nice but too small.FOOD breakfast ok but not very hot SNACK bar is great food is hot and tasty DINNER food ok but not very hot recommend SNACK bar LUNCH ok again not always very hot ENTERTAINMENT some good entertainment stuff I have never met a bunch of people that are so rude and miserable spots their is a good range of sports and the sports stuff are good. Reception stuff not bad could do with improvement. Beach is nice little walk down to it not far and some nice walks along the coast as well I know it sounds like I am moaning but I like to tell the truth so that people can save their money and spend a little more and get something better the saying goes pay cheap get cheap use oh no off right at this a one-star maybe I am being a bit harsh to Star tops

Amazing hotel , great entertainment on the night , the staff was amazing very talkative, so many activities through the day , the lifeguard Jony was lovely and talkative , great hotel overall recommend

I travelled as a single parent with my 6 year old at the beginning of June for 1 week and had a great time. We were delayed on our outbound journey and didn’t end up arriving at the hotel until nearly 4am - the receptionist was still very welcoming and asked if we’d like to get anything to eat which was lovely but we just wanted to get to bed. The room was fresh, spacious and modern and cleaned daily with fresh towels when required. The only slight improvement would have been a mini fridge available to keep bottled water but wasn’t a major issue. Hairdryer is included in the room but no iron. We stayed on the 7th floor on the front of the hotel so had a lovely sea view - however one of the bars across the road plays music very loud til gone 12am some nights but again nothing major. There were always plenty of sun beds available in the mornings during our stay and luckily seemed to be no mad rush super early to get them which was nice! Pool area was clean and slides were great for the kids. Always 2 lifeguards around the pool which was great to see too. Refundable €20 can hire tennis rackets and balls for an hour on the tennis courts which was good and kids played with the football on the sports court too. The little park is great for younger ones with slide and swings. I thought the food choices for a 3 star hotel were really good. I’ve stayed in other AI resorts where it’s been no where near as nice and fresh so I was pleasantly surprised. There was always a good selection of choice as well as the classic chips, pasta and salads, although the food labels weren’t always clear or in English. The dining area was also modern, fresh and clean with plenty of staff keeping on top of clearing away. The snack bar was a nice addition, open from 10:30am serving croissants and breakfasty bits in the morning and hot dogs, pizzas, burgers etc until 6pm, as well as serve yourself for soft drinks all day and evening. The alcoholic drink selection was average, a few cocktails included in the AI but nicer ones had to pay for - included photos of the AI drinks menu and normal drinks menu in my review. Entertainment in the evenings was great, although usually didn’t start until at least 9pm following kids disco. Saw some really good acts during the week - especially the Motown tribute act, fantastic! Particularly once some of us English guests got up to have a dance. On that note the main clientele of the hotel seemed to be French, with a few English guests - complete mix off families, couples and solo travellers. Quite a few of the French guests came across quite rude during my weeks stay - but that’s no judgement against the hotel - however they seemed to definitely favour the French guests over others. The nearby beach was only a 5 minute stroll and was a lovely little cove which I would recommend visiting. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants over the road around the area as well if you wanted to get out of the hotel. Overall was an enjoyable chilled

Hotel was very clean and the food was especially good for an AI hotel. The daytime activities were non stop and I have never seen so many staff at a hotel which meant everything worked like clockwork. Our private transport back to the airport was late so the Hotel happily chased this up for us and got it sorted so a BIG thank you for that. The resort is small but very adequate and has everything you need. Roll on 2024 as we have booked again😁

Just returned from a lovely week at this hotel with our twins. The hotel has clearly had some refurbishments and it was very clean. We always found something to eat at the restaurant, however I don’t think it caters very well towards children, not do the meal times - perhaps a kids buffet/sitting would help. Noemi at the kids club very kindly let our twins crawl around in the club to burn off some energy after breakfast. There were lots of activities going on around the pool each day with great participation from guests, I’ve never seen so many people take part in aqua aerobics! All staff work tirelessly to give guests a great time, I would definitely come back but not until my children were 4+ as I think this hotel caters better towards older kids.

Lovely stay in this hotel, we arrived home on the 12 October, relaxed and refreshed. The breakfast and snack bar selection was lovely as was the salad bar etc. Rooms very comfortable and lovely side sea view. Staff all so friendly and helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and it was perfect for what we wanted, which was a relaxing break with some entertainment and a chilled vibe.

Clean amd tidy hotel amation team very good with acitives thought the day aand ahows at night time food was eatable snacks all day clean pool with waterside with life guards friendly staff. Near local shops and beach

The rooms are amazing. So clean and the beds are so comfortable I slept so well. Amazing views around the hotel. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Entertainment was brilliant daily especially my favourite Alex. Not forgetting the wonderful front of house staff who went above and beyond to make you feel so welcome. Will definitely be looking to book again next year.
