The place is simply beautiful! We wish we could stay for longer. The staff was great, food was good and I have no words for the landscapes. The structure of the hotel is really good. Special thanks to Marilu, Reith and Judith. WiFi doesn’t work too well in the rooms. And I wish I could pay for a bottle of water with card.

It was incredibly underwhelming. We were thinking to stay 2 nights if we really enjoyed it. We only stayed one. The staff made us feel unwelcome. Service at the restaurant was the worst. The food prices are really high for the average meals provided. If they were nice it would not have mattered that much. The place is beautiful though, too bad.

Such an amazing place!!! The entire hotel is so beautiful and peaceful and the staff was so nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious and we had a cute balcony overlooking the river. Walking around the hotel felt like a spa or a retreat. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Beautiful location, the surrounding mountains, the gushing River, loved every minute. Delicious food and drinks options. I can't remember the host at the restaurant but he was attentive, great personality and attended to the fireplace every night while we all enjoyed a cocktail 🍸.

Have just stayed here for two nights on the way to visit Machu Picchu, I loved it!! The hotel was so relaxed with amazing views, the restaurants food was really, and the staff were really attentive, especially those on reception 😄 couldn’t really ask for more!!

Very cozy and nice hotel. In the middle of mountais and nature! I really love it! Service and rooms are amazing😍 they have perfect place to relax in the garden. They also have spa with messages. Really cool! Big reccomendations! 🙏😍 Restaurant a little bit expensive

We really loved this place. The room was nice with incredible view. The restaurant has good food and drink and very good atmosphere. We had a little water issue but it was fixed the next day. Highly recommended.

Excellent and friendly staff, good housekeeping, delicious food, scenic place. We also did take a 60min couple massage. Overall it was a good experience. The staff who didn't speak English were using Google translate on their phones to communicate with us! Highly recommend the stay!

I stayed here on a mountain biking trip with friends, and had a great experience. The room was lovely, the restaurant was excellent, and the views were great. Would 100% recommend. We were all very impressed.
