Buena ubicación, a primera vista se ve un bonito lugar , pero las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear , estuvimos en dos cabañas , había mucho polvo , el aire acondicionado no funcionaba , el agua caliente del lavaplatos tampoco , ni la campana de la Cocina . Habían muuuuchos zancudos , nos picaron a todos .

Me ofrecieron una cabaña y 2 habitaciones (para 7 personas), cuando llegue me dieron 3 cabañas. Después me dieron 2 cabañas de pésimas condiciones: sucias, aire acondicionado que no funciona, mala ventilación, el gas de la cocina sin funcionar, agua caliente escasa (es por termos 2 duchas y se acaba), la campaña de las cocinas sin conexión, es decir PÉSIMAS INSTALACIONES. PÉSIMAS!!!!!! El lugar y sus alrededores hacen las experiencias, pero este complejo es CARO y muy muy malo. O le bajan el precio o simplemente no vaya. Por el mismo precio se va a un hotel de 4 estrellas cómodamente.

En booking decía que se podía llevar mascota. La recepcionista de trato defectuoso, poco preparada la verdad me cobra 10 mil pesos adicionales aunque me indica que no se aceptan mascota pero haría una excepción! Para quien serán esos 10 mil si no?. Había escrito previamente por booking preguntando si se podía llevar mascota pequeña como “requerimiento” a lo que contestaron que sí y además sera sin costo. Tengo correo de respaldo. Cabañas limpias, pequeñas para el precio, desayuno malo en sachet. Se escucha todo lo de las cabañas de al lado. Mala experiencia
