Classic motel, nothing fancy. Though run down and old, it’s kept very clean and the staff was very nice. My room smelled a bit dank and stale but with an old building, I imagine that’s hard to avoid.

The town closes too early prices around. It is ridiculous but other than that, the hotel was nice. It was cleaner than before. You could tell that upgrade in it.

Property is in need of TLC. Hallways were dirty and smelled of smoke. Room itself was okay.

Outside pictures of the property do not reflect those shown on here. The outside is rundown looking. You can hear the highway traffic. The room itself was decent and worked as I only had to stay one night but the door would make noises if the wind picked up and did not sound like it was closed. I’d look for another place to stay if I travel this way again.

We have stayed here twice as a stop headed to the nek snowmobiling. I have seen negative reviews and was wary at first, but after staying on two occasions i believe those peoples expectations are unreasonable. The rooms are toasty warm, immaculately clean, well stocked with towels and toiletries. Staff is kind and helpful, showers are hot, and all things are functional. The place itself is a little older and dated so you might find that some painting is needed, or caulking on a tub is due to be replaced soon, but they are minor signs of age, and the cleanliness more than makes up for it. If you expect better than this, you should stay at the comfort inn in st johnsbury and pay twice the price ha ha! We will be staying here again.

The location of the office was not obvious when approaching the building. The room was clean, but the bathroom needs some updating. The heater wasn’t working properly so the room was very warm although the thermostat was set at 61. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.

Nice stay The motel is dated but clean and comfortable. We had stayed in larger cities and expensive hotels on this trip but agreed the bed at The Colonnade was more comfortable and we had a restful nights sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location to ski Burke or ride Kingdom Trails. Clean room. Nice area. Excellent staff. Glad I found this spot.
