The hotel is very comfortable, with the swimming pools, shops, garden with different plants. The breakfast was rich with a great assortment of products.

Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff are lovely too, they even left a bottle of cava in our room on my birthday!
The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept on in the whole of the Canaries. Entertainment is great as well, good to keep the kids amused.
We will definitely be back here.
WiFi is not great and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, a little tip is to open the bathroom and bedroom window, it allows the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. These are the only faults I could find in my time here, all the plus points certainly outway the not so good points, hence why we will definitely come back here.

Hôtel confortable, nous ne passions qu’une nuit avant l’aéroport, 2 heures d’attente pour l’enregistrement à l’hôtel, les réceptionnistes n’étaient que 2! Elles étaient malgré tout aimables !

I went here with my mum for 4 nights expecting cheap and cheerful but it wasn’t that and we loved it. Clean, friendly staff, amazing food. You won’t go hungry! Snacks available when the restaurant is closed and drinks all day until late. This place is great for couples or families as the entertainment team have lots to keep everyone busy. Pepe the mascot was also a favourite. Location was brilliant right on the front. The rocks house lots of chipmunks and I actually sat and got them sitting on my lap. Hotel is also disabled friendly with ramps and lifts and you can hire mobility scooters. The only slight downside to the resort is no aircon in the rooms but you can hire a fan for a couple of euros per day which helps and it’s a windy island so nice breeze when windows open. It was particularly hot for the time of year we went as there was a heatwave and daytime reached around 34. The island is a lovely place to visit, nice beach and harbour about a 10-15 minute walk away. Nice little shops and bars. Plenty of places to eat if you prefer to eat out. We will certainly be going back!

We have had a great time staying at the Elba st jeorg for the last 2 weeks. We came with my 2 and 3 yo and I can not thank the animation team enough as they have mad the time so super special for my boy. They have loved going to kids club every day and the highlight was definitely the mini disco and seeing pepe the mascot every night. Big shout out to David, Laura and Gina who took the time to make a special connection with each of the boys meaning they felt comfortable when they often feel quite shy around new people. Thank you all so much we will be returning soon.

Our second time at the San Jorge after staying there in April. Food was delicious, room was clean and tidy, seaview was magnificent, didn’t have any trouble getting sunbeds. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Brilliant show from Byron McKeith on the Friday night.
