Very nice hotel. Room was very clean. Wi-FI is excellent!!! TV is more on a small size, but cable includes sports chancels! Beds comfortable enough. Lots of pillows. Keurig coffee maker is a blast. Breakfast excellent Everything you need for a comfortable stay. A little far from train, but you can use a bus. If you travel by car, there is no problem at all. Very convenient location very close to shopping mall.

Staff wasn’t super friendly or helpful. Room was really loud. Our heating and air was so inconsistent we were either sweating or freezing and couldn’t adjust it. 3/4 days the water in our shower was cold. They don’t clean your room unless you ask which is fine but atleast drop off new towels. The hot tub was also cold 3/4 days and they couldn’t do anything about it. Hotel appeared to be just old and run down and could use a revamp, everything was kind of grimy and dirty. The breakfast lady deserves a raise though, she was the highlight of our stay.

The hotel was in a good location however, there were several issues
The pool was the best commodity; however, the hot tub was more a lukewarm tub (we went at noon and it opens at 9, so one would assume it would be enough time to warm up).
My fiance and kids were in the pool and the front desk staff told them to “keep it down” at 12. And they were the only ones in it. They are 10 and 7 and had adult supervision and during day time hours. This was completely unnecessary
Additionally, there was no hot water for us to shower/bathe afterwards.
Our room heater was extremely noisy
Ultimately, it wasn’t a terrible stay but wasn’t what we thought it would be.

Location was great and the continental breakfast was well managed with very good food options.
The Macleod Trail traffic noise was a problem, so next time we would insist on a room on the other side of the building.

The nicest, most accommodating staff! We were exhausted from an overnight flight & given an early check in.
