Four Points by Sheraton Calgary Airport Reviews

Overall, the hotel is very nice and well-equipped. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is also convenient parking, a pool, and other great amenities, which made the experience even better. However, there was an issue with the pricing that left us confused. I originally booked the room for $129, but at check-in I was charged $154 without any prior notice or explanation. Since we had been traveling for about 10 hours, I only noticed this the next day. To make things more confusing, the receipt I received later showed $132. While the difference is not huge, having three different prices without clarification felt uncomfortable and a bit disappointing. Because of this, I would think twice before booking here again.

I stayed here for two nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a long day. I would like to especially thank Marilyn, who was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. She made the check-in process smooth and was professional and welcoming. Her warm attitude really made a difference. The location is convenient, close to Lougheed Town Centre with easy access to transit, restaurants, and shops. Overall, it was good value for the price, and I would gladly stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay at Four Points by Sheraton Calgary Airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent—especially the fitness center and restaurant. Convenient location near the airport made travel easy. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We stayed 2 nights to catch the flight in YYC. They have a free shuttle which we are looking for. The room is sizable. But the hotel is decent and not that modernized. Great value for money travelers!

Good for short stay before flight

the staff are very friendly and helpful. the receptionist who checked me out also signed me in as a member of the hotel and told me about all the benefits of being a member. She’s very accommodating. the location is also very accessible.

Probably the nicest one that I've stayed at. Had a quick one night stay. Great location. Lots of restaurants near by and a decent one off the lobby.

Room and washroom were so dirty. Everything had stains. Do not recommend if you are going with kids. TV has a few cable channels, no youtube

I had an excellent 3-day stay at this hotel in Calgary. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. What really stood out was the shuttle service—punctual, convenient, and such a stress-free way to get around. It made my trip much smoother. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary.

Was issued a room that was never cleaned , soiled linens, biological waste in trash bins and towels all over the floor. At first I walked in thinking there was someone in the room , TV on, and all the lights on in the bathroom. Immediately following, I took a video and I notified front desk, sharing the video. I told them I’ll just go to the gym and workout and then I’ll get an early shuttle back to the airport ( context it was a very late check in due to a flight cancelation , 1am.) being told I would receive resolution I had some piece of mind. When following up later management was u responsive to my calls and video. And eventually I received 3,000 bonvoy points , which is the equivalent of approx 30$. Unacceptable. Still waiting on a competent manager to make this right, will follow up for the 6th time. Never again.

Had a pleasant stay except the first room we got the neighbours kids was so loud. But they transferred us to a diff room so overall good stay
