Beautiful hotel well located next to a beautiful large beach. Pleasant welcome, smiling staff. Very friendly catering service staff.
Too bad the jacuzzi wasn't running. Nice varied buffet, however I think it's not normal that you have to pay for water when you pay half board! We were in other hotels in Majorca where water, sodas and wine were self-service.
Right next to the swimming pool, the fact that many people reserve their deckchairs from 7 a.m. by placing towels without being present, therefore, no more possibility of sitting around the swimming pool after our breakfast, the management of the 'hotel should ban it!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, prácticamente al lado de la playa. La media pensión funciona muy bien, el desayuno más que suficiente y la cena mejor que el almuerzo por cantidad y variedad; es importante tener en cuenta que los horarios de comidas están establecidos pensando en turistas que comen y cenan temprano, aún así es preferible por cantidad y por horario, cenar, que puede ser hasta las 21:30 horas (la media pensión es desayuno y cena). Mi vuelo tuvo mucho retraso, llegué al hotel después de las 00:00 y me ofrecieron una cena fría, muy amables. La zona de la piscina muy limpia, bien planteada y muy bien decorada; es importante tener en cuenta que los clientes suelen bajar desde temprano para “reservar” las hamacas poniendo toallas que no quitarán el resto del día. En mi caso, pagué una habitación standard y creo que las de esta clase están ubicadas en un edificio anexo que es más antiguo y con menos glamour que las superiores, que sí están en el edificio del hotel y dan a la piscina. Aún así, limpias y con todo lo necesario. El hotel es muy recomendable, en mi caso cumplió con las expectativas que llevaba. Recomiendo dos cosas: reservar habitación superior y no preocuparse mucho por la comida en el hotel, en caso de tener media pensión, vale la pena comer fuera y cenar allí.

On arrival staff very rude and not one bit helpful. I paid for delux suite with sea views. I shouldn’t have wasted my money. We looked out to a car park. Where do I even start with the food…. Breakfast was ok…. Cold but ok. We lived on scrabbled eggs n toast. The coffee was good. Dinner was awful. Ok if ur German but we really struggled and 3/4 nights out the week we ate out as there was literally nothing we cld eat. Some of the food looked like it came from the bush tucker trials on Iam a celebrity. So definitely avoid half board. I wouldn’t stay here again. We’re really disappointed with our week here especially as it was a Xmas present for my son. Definitely not catered for British people. The rooms are cleaned every day but is like asking for gold to get fresh towels and toilet roll. Twice I had to go to reception for them. Would not rate this as 4star hotel

Lovely hotel with exceptionally clean room ………the beds were so comfy!! We had a lovely 3 night stay in the Bahia Del Sol. We were slightly apprehensive as the reviews were mixed. The food is your general buffet food but we ate out anyway. The only downside is it’s on the quieter side of the bay but we found some lovely little bars The New Acorn Santa Ponsa and Bar Rumba Santa Ponsa and walked over to the lively side of the bay at night and got a taxi back for €4.

First impressions the hotel is amazing -pool area lovely but no where near enough sun loungers for the summer season. The dining room is really lovely with great comfortable seating but we found it really disorganised. There is only one area serving mains which is against the back wall so sometimes the queue for main food could be 20 plus people long and then you felt rushed as people were queuing behind you! Didn’t find the waitresses very friendly and they spoke no English so we struggled to even order a glass of wine they just shoved the menu at us as they didn’t understand.

Mouldy air conditioning units. Cracked walls. Cracked floor tiles. We had to leave our luggage until check in (which was fine), but when we went to collect, everyone’s luggage was thrown ontop of the others, no one could find their bags. The hotel is nice, but our room is shockingly bad especially for close to €800 for 5 nights.
