It is just opposite a station, very convenient. However an extra bed (a sofa bed) is quite old and not in a good condition.

I stayed in a long-term rental hotel when I was studying, and when I came back I was filled with memories. But I have to say it's just average. The facilities are very old and a bit dirty. The bed creaked and I couldn't even turn over. The bathrooms are also very run down and the equipment is still the same as it was ten years ago. We were staying in a short-term rental, so there should have been normal housekeeping, but there was none, and we even had to change the garbage bags ourselves. If it weren't for the memories, it wouldn't be worth it. It is quite convenient, right next to the train station.

I sent an email because I had to check in late, and they confirmed it and responded quickly. It's very close to nimes station. The price is cheap and the room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also clean. Even though there was a kitchen, there was no smell when I first entered the room. When I first entered the room, the sofa bed was spread out and comfortable. It's a pity that I can't upload a photo right now, but I really recommend it👍

Apartment with well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds. The staff does not speak Spanish, but there is no problem understanding each other. The surroundings of the station do not give a feeling of security.
