Well, they use Wyndham villas, just managed through different channels. So booking a property there is like booking a Wyndham property, and the price is 30% cheaper. Check-in was handled by a small reception desk off the lobby. We created a social media group to discuss any requests. The breakfast area was small, crowded, and the variety was average. I felt the breakfast wasn't worth the price.
I've been to every beach in Vietnam from north to south (Mong Cai, Gu Su, Ha Long Bay, Cat Ba, Qinshan, Da Nang, Hoi An, Quy Nhon, Mui Ne, Nha Trang, Vung Tau, and Phu Quoc), and the hotel's Long Beach in Cam Ranh Bay is probably the best. The sand is white and fine, the beach is flat and litter-free, and the water is clear and the waves are white.
