Cam Ranh Beach Resort - 5 Mins to Airport

The staff is not trained very well. Let's say "service" gets lost in translation. Unless you come with a massive tour group on a bus, you are lost. Just as a little example - it was raining cats and dogs. I was told that breakfast was in the hotel restaurant downstairs. In the morning I walk to the restaurant - closed. The next restaurant was a 5 minute walk away. I had to walk back to the room (far), grab my raincoat. Walk. No one asked me if I needed a shuttle provided by the hotel (in theory?) in order not to get completely soaked before my flight. Upon returning, I asked for one, but it took longer in arriving that to walk. So I walked again. I am not fuzzy usually, but if you want to pretend to be a fancy new place etc, and the restaurant, also the bar, everything closed without notice etc, that's not ok.
