Great environment with several swimming pools and direct access to the beach. My sons love the swimming pool and beach so much. The restaurant at the beach is so chill and perfect for photo shooting. Very close to airport like 10 mins drive. We extended our stay until 6 pm to enjoy the fullest in the resort. The stay was very pleasant and my sons would like to come back again.

Please improve the English skills of the restaurant staff! I hope you don't just serve Koreans, Russians and locals! The train is completely empty because you need to buy a ticket! So stingy! It is recommended that each room guest can enjoy it once! Just add the ticket price to the room price! In addition, please strengthen the staff training, especially in terms of politeness, please take the initiative to say hello! It is basic common sense to give priority to the elderly and children when riding Goff Car!

great place for family with kids. lots of activities for kids available for the whole day. 1 bedroom pool villa is amazing!

Our stay at here was pure perfection. Nestled along a pristine private beach with powdery white sand and turquoise waters, this resort is a true tropical haven. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive. The resort’s hassle-free shuttle to Nha Trang made exploring easy, but we often preferred to unwind in the resort. We’re already dreaming of our return. 10/10!

We were here 2 years ago and loved it so much we have decided to come back and stay in the resort again. This time a 4 day 3 night trip but things have fell apart terribly - We were first assigned a room on the 12th floor with the AC failed to work, after 3 different attempts to let the staffs know, we were told the tech will come to check. Without any progress, we had to sleep in the no AC room over the night with tons of mosquitoes in a 5-star resort during the middle of summer in Vietnam. Next morning, we complained again, they promised to send the tech again, I refused and demanded a room change. This was at 6am since we couldnt sleep at all and by 11 we finally got the room change. - If you get into the pool, expect the guards to stand there and blow the whistle the whole time while not attempt to explain what he’s trying to prevent. It becomes very annoying to even get in, meanwhile, while he’s not busy blowing the whistle, he would look at the phone while on guard duty…(!) - The resort will sometimes cater to events and allow live karaoke without communicating in advance to guests so be prepared to listen to loud noise for a while during these events (thankfully it stops at 10pm) - Overall, we found the staffs very unfriendly and the resort run very inefficiently, it’s such a big disappointment, we had way better treatment at other 3 or 4 star hotels.

Very clean hotel, my booking said to pay at hotel, which I had no problem with, I came to the hotel at around 7.30pm. They were celebrating Chinese New Year and didn’t inform me of the activities going on, I only say this because I wanted to see the activities and had to inquire instead. I upgraded my stay to - Full-board. I then went to my room, which was beautiful, I settled in the the night. However at 2.00am, I woke to a horrible smell. I was confused maybe it was the bathroom, so I closed the door, the smell was still strong, later the hotel changed my room. This was great, no stress, I fell sick due to eating for from another resort and this hotel arranged a doctor for me. I was very grateful. As I was checking out all of these fees start popping u, which shouldn’t be the case because everything is paid for, well no, they said they made a mistake and didn’t take enough money. Errr 😒 ok. Then they said my full board didn’t cover everything. When it’s supposed to, that’s why you get full board. Disappointed with check out and check in. Please do better/
