We stayed during unseasonably hot period 39 degrees some days. Thankfully just short stroll along shade street to the beach .We enjoyed a fabulous holiday. Hotel buffet breakfast and evening meals were was exceptional plenty of choice. Very popular with Spanish families so had a very Spanish feel which was good. The air conditioning was great not too loud and very effective Helped us handle the very hot days . Intend to re visit as soon as we can. All the staff were brilliant and one felt they would do anything to ensure yo were enjoying your stay

Our room was situated next to the lift so was noisy when lift running but as September wasn't peak season & mainly older clientele with a few families with babies & younger children the noise didn't bother us that much at night. If you a light sleeper though you might find it an issue. Regarding lifts. Only 2 small ones that say they hold 6 but overload alarm goes off at 4/5. Don't expect any consideration from lift users if you have greater need of lift. I've lady holding a baby tried to get in lift I was in with one other . 2 Spanish men got in before her and told her lift was full. If I'd understood Spanish better before they had shut doors I would face vacated lift for her as that is what people generally do in the UK, give priority to those. Such poor manners but it seemed normal. Sunbeds: as hotel quiet it wasn't too difficult to get a subbed though many claimed a bed early and disappeared for 3 or 4 hours at a time. I like to sit on sunbed at 8am and read my book for an hour or more before breakfast so saw a few people reserve beds and you'd not see them till midday. Pool: lovely pool and they allowed baby floatation devices but not any other pool toys. I can understand in peak season it could be a problem but it was quiet. I liked there wasn't music playing constantly. I disliked people smoking around pool/terrace polluting the environment. Bar: very limited food menu and they refused to adjust an item to make it vegan. Eg a request for a tomato sandwich refused as it wasn't on the menu. The older gentleman waiter was lovely and helped my adult daughter when she spoke Spanish. Drinks reasonably priced. Restaurant: great for meat eaters & pescatarians, dreadful for vegetarian or vegans as aside from plain pasta with tomato sauce, 2 night with vegetable chop suey & 1 night of vegetable lasagna no vegetable main course. Vegans nothing aside from salad, plain rice or pasta. Soup was always "cream of x veg". No allergens listed and constantly had to ask staff if an item included milk to which they had to go and ask chef. It's very chaotic in restaurants and other guests rude & pushy when at food counter. Waiting staff lovely. Food variety winds down about an hour before service ends. Drinks reasonably priced but no wine list offered. The restaurant could have made easy adaptions like the pizza without cheese, veggie burgers on burger night, vegetable soups without cream. Reception staff. Very polite but just shrugged and said no if you asked about having vegan options added to restaurant like a vegan sorbet. They said unless you pay €23 to have lunch in restaurants which will just be salad or chips there's no vegan options for lunch. You'd think you could buy a sandwich. Rooms: Fine size for myself & husband , overlooked pool. My daughter, husband & baby found room a bit cramped with cot in too. Cleaned daily but surfaces not wiped in pool & bed not changed often. Bathroom fine but lea
