Great hotel, well located, polite and attentive staff, spacious and clean rooms. Great breakfast. It has a gym, sauna and swimming pool. The only downside is that the pool bar doesn't work, other than that it's an excellent hotel.

I consider it one of the best hotels in Campos dos Goytacazes. I stay there whenever possible.

It's just so-so, this price

An excellent hotel, I recommend it with my eyes closed. Great service, wonderful room, wonderful breakfast too. Everything was perfect.

Welcoming front desk staff who spoke English so made checking in much easier. Nice sized clean room, large bed just missing a couple of extra pillows. Food in the restaurant was very good, the waiter Jorge was very friendly and helpful. Very happy with my stay.

Very nice staff eager to help from check-in all the way to check out. The hotel is located in a nice area with many restaurants and shops to choose from nearby. The rooms are nicely appointed and very tidy. The maid service is spot on with many thanks to Ferrina. The hotel restaurant is under renovation currently however, the Waite staff are very helpful to make amends. Front desk, staff are always happy to make the stay enjoyable, thanks, thanks Team!

Pro: Functional room, not big neither small, clean (thanks to Laura!), sunny, nice view with mini-bar. On the top of the hotel is a small swimming pull, with sauna and fitness center. Front desk on reception is friendly and helpful. Contra: Long time between order and delivery of lunch or dinner (1h and more)!

Ótimo hotel, muito limpo, piscina com borda infinita na cobertura. Restaurante novo com ótimos pratos. Próximo a área de grande comércio da avenida Pelinca. Check in e check out ágeis. Quarto amplo e com uma linda vista da cidade.Tudo muito novo.

A simpatia da colaboradora Aline faz toda a diferença, super simpática e atenciosa com todos os hóspedes que passam pela recepção. Nos deixa muito a vontade, esqueço até que estou fora de casa. Parabéns ao Ramada pela excelente colaboradora.

Excelente hotel, não largo nas minhas viagens para Campos dos Goytacazes. Serviço gentil e rápido, boa academia, boa piscina, bom chuveiro, tamanho de quarto excelente, garagem para muitas vagas, farto café da manhã. Sempre me hospedo e passo 3 dias corridos muito agradáveis. Adiciono um elogio especial à Aline, do check in, ótima em fazer todas as burocracias necessárias de notas e muito simpática. Todos os funcionários estão de parabéns.
