Gotta say that the best things about this hotel are: its location and its breakfast. Staff is friendly. On the other side; rooms need refurbishment; TV is old, with few channels and sound problem. No hair drier (though it’s provided at reception if needed). Windows do not close properly so you can easily hear noise from the street.

I booked a superior room and according to the description it was supposed to be air conditioned. My room had no air conditioner. The rooms in the back of the street are very noise due to cars parking in the streets. Room 314 is right next to the housekeeping break room, they start talking at 7:30 am. By 8:00 the are in the hallways with their walkie-talkie on max. The hotel is very old but charming. Doors are not really sound proof. Had to sleep with my window open because the room was very hot. When asked for a room with air conditioner, front desk informed me that superior rooms have no air conditioner. Judge by yourself and see the description. Be aware. Also, house keeping don’t respect the “do not disturb “ sign. Check in is at 12:00 and they opened the door at 11:00 with the sign on the door.

Ficamos três noites no hotel. A localização, o café e o atendimento da maioria dos funcionários foram muito bons. Tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado na primeira noite. Nossa torneira do banheiro só saía água quente. O hotel é um pouco velho por dentro também.

Hotel com localização ótima, funcionários super educados e prestativos, quartos e estrutura são antigas mas são ótimas, limpas e super cuidadas! Os amenities são ótimos também, café da manhã completo e muito saboroso. O melhor realmente é a localização que fica a 2 minutos a pé do centro de Capivari, e não precisamos tirar o carro nem um dia para irmos ao centrinho! Única reclamação de todo o hotel é realmente a Tv que é bem antiga e não tem nenhuma plataforma, além de um pouco pixelada. Do restante, voltarei com certeza!

Hotel excelente, ótimas instalações! Quarto muito confortável, optamos pelo premium com varanda e acordamos com uma vista linda do Tênis Clube e das montanhas. Lavandas plantadas nos canteiros da varanda dão um charme à parte. Aquecedores no quarto e banheiro mantém o quarto todo quentinho. O café da manhã é um sonho, muita variedade e tudo muito saboroso. Pertissimo do centrinho de Capivari, caminhada tranquila de 10 minutos. Garagem sem custo adicional garantida para o carro resolve um problemão para quem visita o Capivari. Grande experiência, voltaremos.

Hotel muito bom! Ótima localização! Quarto limpo e com estilo colonial muito bonito. Só a TV que não funcionou, mas, não tirou o encanto da estadia. Café da manhã bem servido! Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos! Recomendo, principalmente, pela localização.

Ótima estadia! Sem surpresas. O primeiro quarto ofertado não agradou e trocaram na hora. Todas nossas solicitações foram atendidas. Recepção perfeita, tudo ótimo! O café da manhã é bom, mas não surpreende! Quarto limpo, colchões bons e roupas de cama e banho ok também.
