Precisa de melhor administração
Já tinha ficado neste hotel anteriormente, mas o atendimento caiu bastante. O local é bonito, mas parece mal administrado atualmente. Peguei a suíte mais cara, e faltam coisas mínimas / básicas que todo hotel que cobra valor similar costuma oferecer. Ter que carregar sua própria mala sem nenhuma oferta de ajuda por parte da recepção, toalhas de segunda linha, ausência de roupão (sendo que a “graça” deste hotel é a piscina aquecida), funcionários que ficam ao celular na frente dos clientes, café da manhã com itens faltantes que demoram a serem repostos… o chuveiro demora a esquentar e a água não é suficientemente forte, nem quente. Além disso tem um trecho de estrada de terra pequeno para chegar, mas que também poderia estar melhor conservado.

Primeira vez que eu e minha família fomos a Campos do Jordão. E a Carpem Diem nos surpreendeu, com o atendimento, limpeza, as instalações, tudo muito organizado, nos sentimos muito a vontade, o café da manhã maravilhoso e a localização também. Valeu muito!!!
