Excelente hotel, super próximo do centro de Capivari, cama super confortável e atendimento impecável da equipe. Eles possuem um serviço de transfer que leva e traz da praça de Capivari, muito útil no jantar - o que elimina a necessidade de se preocupar com estacionamento. Café da manhã e lanche da tarde incríveis: tem Nutella e chocolate quente suiço. A vista do restaurante e dos quartos é incrível.

Excelentes funcionários, gentis, prestativos- o Transfer até as 23h faz toda a diferença já que o hotel fica na montanha- sentimos falta de uma mesinha/escrivaninha no quarto, secador de cabelo no WC tb não tinha. O café da manhã estava divino, mesa de frutas, pães e cereais- com direito a bolo e pão sem glúten além de opção do iogurte sem lactose❤️

Estadia excepcional! O hotel conta com uma infraestrutura muito boa: quarto amplo e confortável, banheiro com aquecimento, academia, sauna, piscina e estacionamento coberto. O café da manha é bem farto e variado, o chá da tarde é um diferencial que adoramos, sobretudo nos dias mais frios. Mas o que mais me chamou a atenção foi o cuidado e atenção de toda a equipe do hotel. O tratamento recebido foi absolutamente impecável. Por fim, o hotel conta com transfer para o centro, ainda que esteja proximo dele, o que nos ajudou bastante.
