S'Incantu Resort

We booked at the last minute. And we found kindness, availability and also professionalism. The first thing when we arrived before completing the check-in since I am in a wheelchair, they showed us the room to make sure it could meet my needs. The garden, the pool and the bar area are enchanting. As for accessibility, with a few adjustments the entire structure could reach a good level (it has all the potential to make a leap in quality and be able to address a wider user base) allowing everyone to access the reception and most of the rooms on the first floor, including the pool showers. The rooms are spacious and well-organized, with everything you need including a courtesy kit.

Unfortunately I have to give a negative review, I'm sorry because I had so many expectations about this place that has nothing of a Resort and I don't feel like recommending it for various reasons. The first is the quality of the services, e.g. inside the room there are no free or paid bottles of water, a real treat on such hot days... in the bathroom (old and run down) there are no freebies such as shower gel, shampoo... there is no curtain on the window which is why even during the day I had to keep the window and shutters closed having to necessarily turn on the light. The only garbage with the bag is in the bathroom, under the sink there is the bin without a bag. Inconvenient for tourists who arrive and need to prepare their own food (since there is the possibility of cooking) and do not have bags with them. In the entire structure there are non-existent containers. Second point, in such a large pool there is no lifeguard... a rather serious aspect!! The pool is very large as is the surrounding area, but there are only six umbrellas, mostly small, this creates a great inconvenience especially for children and the elderly. The only way to shelter is under the roof except for the hours when the sun moves and even under there is sun. Change of towels €10 per person.. crazy! Breakfast offered at €22 per person absolutely not in line with the price, it is better to do it at the bar and with €6 per person you can get by. The only positive aspect is the bartenders, kind and helpful. It is absolutely not worth the €200 per night, the structure itself is beautiful with a swimming pool and top lawn! It would really take very little to make it more functional, reluctantly I will not return.

Poorly trained staff tell you a price on the phone and then when you arrive they increase it because there are only quadruple rooms left. On the website you see new rooms, but the room assigned to us was old, dirty and outdated. I asked for explanations at the reception but the owner or manager refused either this or we could leave!

I gave 2 only because the structure is beautiful.... In addition to the fact that it needs maintenance, in our case, it was the management that was lacking. The lack of attention to the customer on a problem encountered at check in and the fact that the group of drunks at the poolside were allowed to disturb until late (perhaps the use of the pool 24 hours a day is not so positive), the fact that we were unable to have breakfast due to the annoyed response of the staff: "I'll come to the tables" ... and in the meantime they were serving others at the counter, after the wait that made us give up, breakfast elsewhere... in essence.. we ran away after the two nights now paid for and went elsewhere..... a real shame.

Very nice resort, clean and quiet despite needing extraordinary maintenance. Close to the sea ... Spectacular pool! Private parking adjacent. Decent breakfast served in a very nice room ... only negative note the lady in charge who smokes in the room while guests eat breakfast! Area allowed for smokers ... however very annoying smoke! Friendly and very helpful staff. Normal price. I recommend it!

Imbarazzante. Mai visto un posto più trascurato e sporco. Un peccato, perché se fosse tenuto discretamente sarebbe un posto fantastico, in posizione perfetta. Appartamento all’arrivo con ragni, ragnatele e insetti nel WC, odore da chiuso e muffa sul muro vicino al condizionatore. Siamo arrivati all’1 di notte poiché l’aereo è atterrato a Cagliari a mezzanotte, stanchi morti volevamo farci una doccia e nemmeno si chiudevano le porte, rimanevano aperte di 10 cm. Mio moroso ha provato a rimediare senza dover chiamare e disturbare la reception all’1 di notte, ma il giorno dopo purtroppo il problema si è ripresentato e si è allagato il bagno, alla mia chiamata mi è stato detto in tono aggressivo “dovevate dircelo prima” colpevolizzando noi di un problema del bagno del LORO resort!! In aggiunta nemmeno una bottiglietta d’acqua in frigo in segno di accoglienza, non ci sono nemmeno dei canovacci per asciugare i piatti, abbiamo dovuto comprare tutto, detersivi, spugne, canovacci. Accoglienza zero, cura dell’ospite zero. E siamo in un resort, ricordiamocelo. Per non parlare del fatto che non c’è un telefono e non c’è un numero per le emergenze, la reception è aperta dalle 9 alle 13 e dalle 16 alle 20, e per il resto del tempo non c’è anima viva e al numero del resort parte la voce automatica. Ma la cosa più imbarazzante è che le lenzuola e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni 7 notti!!! OGNI 7 NOTTI!! MA SIAMO PAZZI? Teli mare al costo di 10€ l’uno, noi ovviamente dopo 3 giorni l’abbiamo cambiato quindi la bellezza di 40€ per dei teli mare!! Piscina senza sorveglianza, bar con sembianze degli anni 20. Infatti non c’è anima viva nemmeno al bar. Non c’è neanche un ristorante. L’aspetto positivo è la vicinanza alle spiagge.
