Completely disappointed! It was 26 degrees in the room with the window open all night, with the air conditioning on cooling in October is unacceptable. At breakfast, a little past 9 o'clock, I couldn't find many of the products, it's not possible, considering the prices. I have been to this accommodation unit several times, until now everything was fine, but this time completely disappointing, I will not come back, I will also inform others of the conditions.

This is not a 5 stars hotel!!! It's 3.5 stars at the best. We were very disappointed with this experience, as we spent 7 nights here. Very noisy location: from the air conditioning in the room to the nearby road and railway (!!!). The room we stayed was small, with a cheap, tasteless looking. The bathroom was also very small. They don't have an elevator. They do not accommodate disabled people - no wheelchair ramps. The outside pool is ridiculously small. The main parking spot is across the street, not in the hotel's courtyard. Never seen that before at a 5 stars hotel. The food is not that great, although is quite expensive. Oh, and let's not forget the limping, famine cat in the yard, that broke our hearts in the first evening spent at the bistro. I do not recommended this hotel. Very pricey for its real value.
