The difference between what's advertised and what you actually get is absolutely huge. I cannot recommend this place at all. We paid €120 a night for basically nothing – this hotel is a complete disaster.

Close to the sea, the room is decent, but they really need to change the towels. They look dirty, even after the room is cleaned they put in the same ones. It's actually scary to use them.

Well located hotel with friendly and welcoming staff who were happy to help. Previously advertised as a pool there but this wasn’t open yet which is a shame, hence the 4/5 on amenities. Easy access on public transport too/from both Palma and the airport.
