Wir haben das Hotel zum ersten Mal gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Service, Sauberkeit und auch ein früheres Frühstück, aufgrund des frühen Rückflugs, war gar kein Problem.

La réceptionniste n’a pas su m’offrir d’autres propositions lorsque j’ai demandé s’il était possible de me rendre à pied à l’aéroport.
La piscine, le petit déjeuner et la wifi ne m’ont pas été proposés également

Ich habe im BQ Amfora Beach übernachtet und mich leider ein wenig wie in einem falschen Film gefühlt. Das gebuchte „Sparzimmer“ entsprach keineswegs einem 4-Sterne-Standard – realistisch wären 2 Sterne angebracht.
Die Sauberkeit war akzeptabel, aber nicht überzeugend. Das Zimmer hatte keinen Balkon, war schlecht isoliert und die Türen schlugen so laut zu, dass es im ganzen Zimmer vibrierte. Auch die Lärmbelastung durch andere Gäste war enorm.
Das Konzept mit den Rezeptionen wirkte planlos und wechselte gefühlt ständig den Standort. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber nicht wirklich hilfsbereit oder aufmerksam – man fühlte sich eher abgefertigt als willkommen.
Mein Zimmer war offenbar für mobilitätseingeschränkte Gäste gedacht, was grundsätzlich gut ist, aber solche Zimmer sollten gezielt vergeben werden – nicht allgemein buchbar für jedermann.
Leider kein Aufenthalt, den ich wiederholen möchte – das Zimmer enttäuschte auf ganzer Linie.
