"The location of a hotel is great but it can be a bit better, it is maybe 5-10 minutes walk from Playa de Palma also all bus stations are near. The hotel itself is nice, rooms and everything is very clean, although the room could be a bit more spacious. Also keep in mind that shower has glass walls so it will not be that private. Our balcony was facing the wall. Breakfast was nice, however repetitive, with no different choices during your stay and one time salad was unwashed ( found a lot of dirt on my plate). Service can be a bit faster. But overall it left a nice impression! :)"

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality. However, be careful when booking the hotel with children. When we made the booking, it was stated that children stay for free. Naturally, when booking a room for three people, you would expect that everything is included for all three guests. There was no information anywhere that we would need to pay an additional €40 per day for the child. When we ordered breakfast and dinner, no additional information was given that we would need to pay extra for the child. Only two days before our arrival did we receive a message saying that the child’s breakfast and dinner would cost €40 per day. Since we stayed for six nights, this added up to an extra €240, which is not a small amount. Overall, the hotel is very nice, but the information regarding children’s meals is misleading, so please be careful."

"I stayed at the hotel in April, and the experience was unforgettable and very positive. The room, with sea views, is bright, perfectly sized, and even has a comfortable desk, ideal if you need to work during your stay. The views are particularly noteworthy, with beautiful sunsets that bring relaxation and added value to the experience. The design is modern, minimalist, and functional. I especially want to highlight the staff's treatment; they were always attentive, kind, and very professional. This really makes a difference and makes the stay even more pleasant. The Sky Bar is one of the hotel's major strengths: very beautiful, with Balinese beds, hammocks, bar service, and an infinity pool with sea views that makes it even more special. An ideal space for relaxation. Special mention to Adrián, super kind, attentive, and very helpful, who makes the experience at the Sky Bar even more enjoyable. The breakfast is another highlight, not only for the variety but especially for the friendliness of the staff. Special mention to Yenny, who prepares the crepes every morning and is charming, and to Cati, always attentive and making sure everything is good, which is much appreciated. Special mention also to Kalena at the reception for her close and professional treatment. She very kindly clarified several questions I had, both at check-in and check-out, facilitating the stay at all times. The hotel lounge is spectacular, with a very carefully curated design reminiscent of an art gallery, providing a very special atmosphere from the moment you enter. The location is perfect, beachfront, with the beach right in front, and it's also very well connected, with nearby bus stops that connect to the airport in a short time. Overall, a very complete stay at a highly recommended hotel. In fact, I already have my next stay confirmed for June."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay and were genuinely impressed with every aspect of this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. It was my mum's birthday during our stay, and the thoughtful birthday surprise (bottle of champagne and cake)was such a lovely touch that made the trip even more special. The location was perfect too – just a 5-minute taxi ride from the airport, which was €17 (much cheaper than the transfers), a 5-minute walk to the aquarium which is qorth to visit , right on the beachfront, and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was excellent, with everything you could need – a coffee machine, kettle, and fridge, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a fantastic selection of fresh and delicious food to suit everyone. We also enjoyed the dinner, which offered great quality and excellent value for money. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing, friendly, and welcoming. Every member of staff was incredibly kind, professional, and happy to help. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble, and their customer service was exceptional. One of the highlights of our stay was the private spa experience. Having 45 minutes of exclusive use was fantastic, and we loved the sauna, jacuzzi, bucket shower, and sensory shower. It was the perfect way to relax. Even after checking out at 12 noon, we were still treated as valued guests for the rest of the day, which really showed how much the hotel cares about its visitors. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!"

"The room was spacious with a great layout, essentially a one-bedroom apartment. There's a small Carrefour downstairs and a large supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The only downsides were that the shower door didn't close properly and the drain was slow, causing the shower area to flood. Also, the hotel has two buildings; one faces the sea directly and offers better views. Our 'sea view' room was in the other building, so while we could see the sea, it was partially obstructed by the other building."

"I spent a few days here with my son. It's a nice little hotel. Unfortunately, only one member of staff was friendly. There was a really good selection at breakfast, and everything tasted great, but we had to pay extra for coffee. I've never experienced anything like that before; coffee is part of the breakfast if you've booked it. The cleanliness in the room/bathroom wasn't great either. The beach is a 5-minute walk away – fantastic! The pool is very small; we didn't use it because it was too crowded. Everything is very easy to reach by bus (2 euros). All in all, it's okay for a short trip. But it's not a 4-star hotel."

"The hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments."

"Stayed here for a week and loved it! We paid for a sea-view room, which was definitely worth it. Room was very clean. All staff were lovely and were very helpful. Breakfast was superb. We even had laundry done here too for €12, which was super convenient. Dropped laundry down to reception and was ready the next day by 1pm. Lovely facility to have if you like to pack light. Location was good, on the quieter side of Playa de Palma, which we loved. Close to a lot of activities, we did Palma Aquarium (right next door), Aqualand, Marineland, rented some e-bikes and cycled into Palma (about 20 minutes) and a boat trip with Calma Boats (about 20 minute walk away). Perfect stay, would recommend! Will miss the resident cat too (she was the sweetest!)."

"The hotel was very clean and great area only 5 minute walk to the beach with supermarkets everywhere, the room got cleaned everyday and there is a tennis court and nice pool with plenty of areas to sit and chill, the food in the morning is €10 and they serve nice lunch after 1pm would definitely recommend."
