Very nice, with a great view. The air conditioner only works when the windows are closed. Stunning view, everything is beautiful. The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. The windows in the room are great and make you feel warm.

Ă premiĂšre vue, chambre compacte, salle de bain serrĂ©e avec des WC mal fichus (genre positionnĂ©s pour les contorsionnistes), mais la vue au 6e Ă©tage sur le littoral vient sauver les meubles, câest calme, dĂ©gagĂ© et apaisant, surtout le matin ou au coucher du soleil.
10 min de lâaĂ©roport, tout accessible Ă pied : plage, bars, restos, petits commerces. Clim au top, aucun souci pour dormir malgrĂ© la chaleur.
ClientĂšle un peu âqui-vous-a-laissĂ©s-entrerâ, mais bon, on nâest pas lĂ pour se faire juger par des vacanciers en Birkenstock.
Les piscines sont vraiment trĂšs bien, propres, agrĂ©ables avec mĂȘme un bar accessible tout en restant dans lâeau, et suffisamment profondes pour pouvoir en profiter pleinement, que ce soit pour se dĂ©tendre ou nager un peu
Globalement : grosse bonne surprise, propre, bien placé, bon rapport qualité-prix.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality.
However, be careful when booking the hotel with children. When we made the booking, it was stated that children stay for free. Naturally, when booking a room for three people, you would expect that everything is included for all three guests. There was no information anywhere that we would need to pay an additional âŹ40 per day for the child.
When we ordered breakfast and dinner, no additional information was given that we would need to pay extra for the child. Only two days before our arrival did we receive a message saying that the childâs breakfast and dinner would cost âŹ40 per day. Since we stayed for six nights, this added up to an extra âŹ240, which is not a small amount.
Overall, the hotel is very nice, but the information regarding childrenâs meals is misleading, so please be careful.

The hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.

Lovely little hotel in a brilliant location. 10 minutes from the airport and metres from the beach, bars, and restaurants.
The rooms were basic but perfectly adequate, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff when we wanted extra pillows or duvet.
There was plenty of choice for food and drinks, with different options every night.
We had to leave at 4.45am, and the staff made sure we had coffee and cold breakfast available before we left and booked a taxi ahead of time.

I love this hotel. You can travel to Palma centre by bus within 15 minutes. Also, you enjoy the beach view every day from your room. The hotel restaurant provides food of incredibly high quality. The room and toilet are clean and nice.

Guest UserThe hotel is well-located, very close to the sea, and our room featured a balcony with neighborhood views. A minor inconvenience was having only one power socket by the bed. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a major letdown: both the tub and toilet were set uncomfortably low. The shower was practically useless; it was impossible to get a comfortable temperature, swinging between ice-cold and scalding hot. A hairdryer was also notably absent. On the plus side, breakfast was tasty. However, the walls were paper-thin, meaning we could hear everything from adjacent and upstairs rooms. A big advantage was the public transport stop right next to the hotel. I'd recommend it for a short stay, as you'll likely spend most of your time exploring outside.
