Aparthotel Can Picafort Palace

Free wifi means 1 hr free a day. No water, no amenities. Reception not very helpful.

We stayed 4 nights at the end of April 25. Having had a difficult journey with flight delays and road closures we arrived very late and pretty exhausted. The hotel quickly lifted our spirits. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Our room was modern and clean. The cooking facilities were acceptable for cooking simple meals, microwave, small hon, toaster and kettle. The beds were comfortable. Our bedroom was spacious. The main pool was cold as although it was a pleasant temperature to sunbathe it wasn't yet hot enough to heat the large pool. However, the indoor pool enabled us to swim and it was generally fairly quiet. We also enjoyed the gym. It is small but had enough to do a decent work out. We stayed bed and breakfast and the choices were good, something to please both adults and our teenage children. There is an Aldi 5 minutes walk away, so I was able to stick up on snacks and easy meals. We purchased drinks and 2 alcoholic drinks and 2 soft drinks came to around £8 to £12 which we felt was reasonable. We ate out in the evening a few times. We ate at a Pirate themed restaurant and a Jamaican one on the beach front. Both very enjoyable and reasonably priced. We spent time at the beautiful sandy beach. 10 minutes walk from the hotel. It was very quiet in April. We would certainly return to the resort and the hotel. For the price we paid I can't really fault the hotel.

Good enployees and cleaning ladies. Especially the ones setting up the games, like Paulina and Marcus i believe their names was.

Me and the Mrs loved it here. The hotel is beautiful. The staff are very friendly (especially the bar staff - cheers amigos). Rooms kept spotless by the helpful cleaners. The balcony was great with a sea view and full sunrise. The hotel opposite looks like a Borg cube :) Pool area is perfect. Sun beds anywhere you like. The resort is quiet, peaceful, safe and the beach is amazing. Food was a bit samie but always enough. We went All Inc and it worked well, apart from the nighttime (compulsory) table service. Waited too long for the drinks to flow :) but it's no biggy. To sum up ... If you go here and 'DON'T' have a great stay - it's probably your own fault. Honest opinion - 8/10.

Our daughter had so much fun with the entertainment. The animation team is very friendly and caring. Good for families with kids.

I have just returnez from a two week stay in the hotel where we found the food was delicious with plenty of variety, also the service in the dining room was excellent (David was a real pleasure). The bar staff were very pleasant and Sanni and Danni were always pleasant and efficicienr despite their heavy workload. The down side was guests putting towels on sun beds at 5.45am then not using them!. There were a lot of dirty sun des. The entertainment at night was appalling there was only two acts that were decent in 13 nights. We complained at the time as if was so noisy and was told there was nothing they could do, there were no where else to sit to get always from the noise this is not entertainment. Very disappointing
