It's a very good stay, hotel with beautiful beach and pool. The buffets are also excellent. I wish I could stay longer.

這個酒店很差很糟糕，看到的人避雷吧。
一開始給我們分到了一個房間在一樓，給的大床房，一進去裏面很多大螞蟻主要集中在沙發椅，空調無法啟動，房間很臟，我打電話給前台，叫他們幫我換個沙發椅，他們説會過來，但是我們等了20+分鐘也沒來。
我當時查看了一下我在攜程的訂單，發現我定的是雙床，我立刻聯繫攜程，攜程和我説他們聯繫一下酒店前台確認情況，過了一會兒，攜程告訴我酒店前台沒有接聽他們的電話，於是我人跑去前台和他們聯繫。
我告訴前台：1. 空調無法啟動 2. 房間有蟲 3. 我訂的是雙床房但是給了我大床房
前台告訴我：1. 因為還沒有很熱，所以空調就是無法制冷的，整棟樓都這樣。我説當時20+度不可能吧，前台態度強硬，就一直重複用不了冷氣。
2. 這個螞蟻是很常見的，他們可以安排人去殺蟲
3. 他們沒有收到訂單是雙床，但是如果我們需要他們可以叫保潔去把床分開
我説你們房間有問題，能不能幫我換個房間，前台説這個房型已經滿房，要升級我們要自己掏錢。我説為什麼需要我自己掏錢，是你們的房間有問題，前台叫我等下他去和老闆商量一下。
過了一會兒從辦公室出來，告訴我：1. 空調是可以開的，衹是我那個房間的壞了，他們可以派維修的師傅去看一下 2. 叫人去房間殺蟲 3. 不能換房間，衹能自費升級。
最後攜程幫我付了這個升級房型的錢讓我換房間了。
另外：
1. 停車困難要停到很遠的地方
2. 自助很難吃
3. 就算換了房間，房間的衞生還是很糟糕，床品有點問題不知道是不是床蝨反正過敏了。
反正我算是被西班牙人的服務態度和服務意識震撼到了。
