Fantastic stay at the Green Village Bungalow! Staff is super friendly and we were offered breakfast and dinner which was a very positive surprise - all food we had was super delicious The home stay offer many tours and we joined the one to the Cai Rang floating market which was very well organized and enjoyable Overall couldn’t recommend this hotel more

A beautiful, tranquil place to stay in the Mekong Delta.  There are eight spacious bamboo bungalows around a small fish fillled pond.  There's a  swimming pool, lush gardens and a covered outdoor dining area for breakfast and the home cooked set dinner (included) and lunch too.  Plus bikes to borrow to explore the local area, and hammocks for an afternoon snooze.  After two busy weeks exploring Vietnam, this was a great place to relax toward the end of our holiday. Our welcoming hosts helped arranged transport from Can Tho airport on arrival, and onward to HCMC, as well as a hugely entertaining boat trip with excellent and entertaining guide Johnny to the Cai Rang floating market.  This started at 5.30am as the sun rose on our boat as it chugged an hour or so to the market (wholesale, not as picturesque as you might expect), breakfast served from one of the market boats, a visit to a traditional noodle factory, plus a walk around the land market: sensory overload at every turn!   Lots of great memories.

Green Village Mekong is my happiest place in the world. I loved sitting on my balcony listening to all of the sounds. Cicadas singing, wind whistling through the banana tree palms, roosters calling out and the big fish splashing in the private lake. The food is fantastic. All freshly served with a beautiful sunset. Thy the hostess, Tran, Oanh, Thoa - Anh and the rest of the team are simply lovely people. This was my second visit and I can guarantee we will be coming back again and again. Such an idyllic spot in the Mekong; perfect for relaxing after the bustle of Hanoi or Saigon. We've stayed here many times and will continue to return! The bungalows have been redone and are huge - ours had two large beds with mozzie nets and a big tiled corner bath. Both ceiling fan and aircon available. The homestay provides brekky and dinner, and the dinners in particular are fabulous and huge! We did many bike rides around the area, and also enjoyed a trip to Mùa Xuân nature reserve with Trân and Nhi. The staff here are all beautiful and so helpful - how can we not come back again? 💜

This little slice of life on the Mekong Delta was perfect for us as first-timers to Vietnam. We arrived in Can Tho by Vu Linh limo van from HCMC, then had a very easy transfer a few kms to Green Village. The setting is beautiful - just a short distance from a small village and down a long driveway, you are quickly transported to a tranquil haven surrounded by greenery. Unfortunately our room did not come with air conditioning as we had booked, but the fans worked reasonably well at night while we slept. We loved the over-water deck for relaxing in our hammock with a book and a beer. The honesty box system made it easy to buy drinks and the food was amazing - it was great not to have to put any thought into breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed all the food (big thanks to the lovely cook), and the whole fish on our first night was a real treat! The boat trip to the floating market is fantastic and our guide (Ni) and driver (friendly guy who works at GVM) were both excellent. It was really interesting to see local life on the canals. We would definitely return, and it has inspired me to seek out similar unique accommodation in the future. Thanks Ty and team!

Hidden gem Can't say enough about this little gem. The family that runs it are attentive to every need. The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was fantastic! Definitely recommend. We will be back.
