It was a wonderful stay. From staying for 2 nights, then 2 more, then 1 more then 1 more night. The staff at the poolside bar all are great and friendly. The pool is in a nice size. We stayed on the 15th floor. From our room to look out the view is trumadous. Overall, We are so happy to stay there

Hotel room is big amd clean. Staff servicr attitude is very nice and polite. Breakfast is also decilious. Easy to access and place in town. Views outisde hotel room is beautiful.

For my trip to Can Tho, I chose this hotel, and it was an excellent decision. The place was spotlessly clean, and the room was very spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even proactively offering suggestions for local attractions in Can Tho.

Excellent service and new facilities. We arrived early and, as no rooms were available, we paid for a room upgrade. There was a slight hiccup: about an hour after checking into the upgraded room, I was informed that the upgrade fee only covered the first night. Consequently, I had to pay the upgrade fee for the second day as well. The staff were very polite, and everything else went smoothly. P.S. I hope the front desk could consider collecting payments directly from guests' rooms instead of requiring guests to come downstairs, especially since the initial oversight was on their part.

Room is rather old and not very clean ..staffs not comprehensive of English.hotel allow guests to smoke at the poolside!
