It’s very rubbish, it’s obviously already prepaid by Ctrip or the hotel has deducted the money. After returning it, the money is getting less and less.

I ordered room service on the first night, unfortunately my discarded tray and leftovers were still outside my door two days later, i had to go to reception to bring it to their attention.
It costs $18 per day to park there, on top of room costs.
I put the card on my door to say i was happy with no housekeeping, as there was a promise of $10 per day food and drink voycher, this was not applied to my bill.
The only breakfast option is the buffet, no option for a light room service breakfast.
I paid over $900 for my stay and was quite disappointed overall.

one chair in the room for 4 guests
kettle to be kept on carpet to access power point
one bed side table for 2 double beds/4 people?
Manager refuse to warm the food in their microwave which other staff obliged to do so. Not Happy not consider again

Some of the staff were very arrogant, couldn’t use the gym, spa facilities even though they said that I could use them but had to ask 3 times and all 3 times they said “tomorrow”…
Had to ask for towels, soap and shampoo because the room didn’t have any of these.
None of the stuff seemed like they cared. Not a good experience.
