From first arrival staff friendly and helpful. From front desk to bar and cleaners always happy to help out and answer any questions. Amazing location and will recommend to everyone. Amazing lake views.

Breakfast ＞ could deal with more options. Coffee was good though. The parking situation (pay $30 for parking, yet for it to be “first come first serve” is so incredibly frustrating. Hotel lounge area has a fun politics theme, so I did enjoy that (being the nerd I am). The location isn’t the best, heaps of roadworks, pretty baron, you need a car or uber to get around. Staff were friendly.

Hotel was definitely worth 4 stars. The room needed usb connection by the bed and more lighting needed. The tv technology was dated. They have closed the space on the top floor for functions only. It would he’s been nice to see the view. But a good stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially appreciated the convenient location and the excellent breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Very good hotel. Everything is perfect, by the notable exception of the breakfast. You have to make the line, to wait to be seated like it's a nightclub. Arriving at the restaurant, you will wait 20 minutes to have your morning coffee. Another issue with the breakfast is that it is super expensive. I paid 22 AUD (more than 12 euros) for a plate with one waffle... Also paid a super high price for a plate of fruits... Everything else is perfect. Hotel is beautiful, quiet, well located and the persons working at the reception are great! Polite, nice and ready to help!

Hi we enjoyed the food. We had an issue with the room. There was no instant coffee, no toaster, no cutlery and no microwave. The staff were awesome. Can't fault them at all. Also no toilet brush for the toilet. Many Many thanks to the staff of the QT.

The room was great. Cumffy bed. Location was great. Had a drink down stairs after the movies last night unfortunately there was only one barman on who was cooking snacks as well. Quite a few people were waiting to be served.  Really enjoyed our stay.
