The apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people, is located at the bottom of the port street with a side view of the sea, 50 meters from it, and about 100 m from the footpath.
Our T3 of 57 m2 renovated (May 2019) is classified 3 stars, it is located on the first floor of a small co-ownership of four units. Very bright, it includes:
- a living room with: a large three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, a TV, a DVD player, a stereo,
- a kitchen open to living room:
a large table with 6 chairs, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker nespresso, coffee filter, kettle, toaster.
- a shower room with a large shower
- a separate toilet
- a washing machine
- a bedroom: a double bed and a large sliding closet
- a second bedroom: a trundle bed (which allows to have a bed for two people or an extra bed), a single bed and a large sliding closet.
The bedding of our rooms is new.
We provide a free high chair, a folding child's bed.
Our apartment also has a garage available.
Pets not allowed and non smoking apartment.
Possibility to rent the bed linen: 10 € per single bed and 15 € for the double bed.
Cleaning option: 50 €.

Beautiful Cancale
This was the hub of our visit to SAN Malo and Mont saint Michel but could have just enjoyed this beautiful little town! The apartment was well appointed and very clean. A very small irritant was you could at times hear the family above us. Also the extra charge for linens and towels, would have rather they charged a little more but understand they often have people stay there from other parts of France who can bring these things with them.We would still highly recommend the unit. Would definitely stay there again!

Nous avons passé un super séjour et découvert une côte magnifique. L’emplacement idéal, l’accueil et les bons conseils des propriétaires et la fonctionnalité de l’appartement y ont largement contribué. Le plus: le garage privé et appartement spacieux pour 5 (1 couple et 3 ados)

Logement parfait en terme d'emplacement, proche du port, huîtres, restaurants ,tout à porté de main. Accueil parfait. Les chambres sont aux calme. Le garage est un autre atout .Bref rien à redire. Merci.

Accueuil au top les propriétaires sont adorable et disponible nous avons pu prendre l'appartement avant l'heure prévu ce qui nous a permis de pouvoir profiter pleinement de notre séjour dès notre arrivée...on s'est senti comme à la maison à tel point que notre fils ne voulait plus partir !
