Good, free water and ice, bus stop to the hotel zone next to the hotel.
The noisy roundabout was a bit annoying, but it wasn't too bad.

En relación costo beneficio lo que obtienes por lo que pagas es aceptable, cuenta con estacionamiento limitado y un poco de riesgo ya que esta a orilla de carretera, no cuenta con restaurante y piden de un lugar externo lo cual hace que tarde en llegar los alimentos, no cuenta con elevador y en regaderas no cuenta con jabón en barra solo tienen jabón líquido, puntos a favor esta muy serca de muchos servicios, gasolina, comida, de plaza las americas, y fácil acceso a la avenida en dirección a zona hotelera

Мне было очень комфортно в отеле, я останавливалась на 5 дней. Огромную помощь при заселении оказала Фернанда, очень профессиональная и дружелюбная девушка, делает все для гостей. Вообще, все сотрудники ресепшн очень любезны, спасибо им!
В номере есть все, кровью удобная, кондиционер работает отлично. Нужно иметь ввиду, что отель 2 звезды, в номера нет холодильника и цена и это нормально.
Расположен так, что вы легко дойдеье до торгового центра в городе и до пляжей в Zona Hotelera. Автобусная остановка расположена далеко, однако если вы остановитесь на светофоре прямо около выхода из отеля, автобус обязательно заберёт вас. До пляжа ехать 7-15 минут.
Надо знать, что одна из сторон здания отеля выходит на дорогу, где людям с чувствительным слухом, может быть шумно. Однако этот вопрос всегда можно решить с ресепшн, вторая сторона отеля очень тихая.
Преимущество городского отеля - в 200 метрах от отеля по направлению к торговому центру есть домашнее кафе, где до 16-30 вы можете очень вкусно поесть суп и основное блюдо за 150-190 песо😍

Unfortunately the sliding doors on the balcony are not noise proof.there is lots of traffic in front of the hotel.late at night it very noisy its very hard to sleep through out the night.

i didnt enjoy the stay at the hotel it was very noisy all day and night the car noise and motor cycle its like you sleeping outside the old cleaning lady was nice and she did what she can to keep the room clean but the sheet and pillows and stan markers on them the was something new for me to see and experience the WIFI was very slow and keep disconnecting and once i contact the staff or the owner the msged me on WhatsApp he said he never had the experience before and wrote everything in capital latter like am suppose to care with these lies i go and look at the reviews of the hotel and every problem i stated was the same problem people were having then he wanted to charge me an extra day when i was out at 7 am for my flight if you get the room facing the street you wont be able to sleep i had to get anther place for the last 5 days of my trip it was really a waste of money this hotel for and was not happy with it are their staff at all DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE

It was the worst experience of my life. I have never had such a completely indifferent service and such a bad attitude towards a customer! The receptionist insulted me and made fun of me! And the management too! They don't care! Even though they blocked my card through booking and charged me for the entire stay, the cancellation policy was just one day of no-show! I do not recommend this disgusting place! Don't waste your time! Fue la peor experiencia de mi vida. ¡Nunca había tenido un servicio absolutamente indiferente y una actitud tan mala hacia un cliente! ¡La recepcionista me insultó y se burló de mí! ¡Y la administración también! ¡No les importa! A pesar de que bloquearon mi tarjeta a través de la reserva y me cobraron la estadía completa, ¡la política de cancelación fue solo un día de no presentación! ¡No recomiendo este lugar repugnante! No pierdan su tiempo
