Temptation at the Tower Cancún Resort - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Stayed 5 nights. Very lively and party vibes. Food is average buffet is horrible like canteen food. Staff is good. If you tip well they remember your choice of food and drinks. Cocktail are good. If you want to relax then not a good choice but if you want party 16 hours constantly then it is right choice. Advise to management pls improve food quality and variety and room amenties

The view was looking over the beach. It was nice to see staff members who recognised from previous trips. The maids did a great job of keeping the room clean and organised.

This resort is very party-focused, which might work for some, but I didn’t feel like I fit in. The food was quite basic and lacked variety.

First timers at Temptation Cancun Resort and we had a great time! My wife and I are ages 48 and 45. The music is always pumping at the main pool, with plenty of eye-catching scenery and a fun atmosphere. The beach was nice, quiet, and clean. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and respectful the entire trip. I don’t drink alcohol, so I asked if they had any non-alcoholic beer available. They carried Corona NA, which is one of my favorites. The food was really good too. If you take care of the cleaning staff with tips, they definitely take care of you in return. Our fridge was always stocked with pop, water, and non-alcoholic beer. Room service staff was excellent and very polite. My wife and I also spent time at the quiet pool, which was perfect for relaxing. There’s little to no music there, plus a swim-up bar and plenty of sun. The nightlife is where the real party starts. The shows were fun, and the Saturday night show is a must-watch — it definitely won’t disappoint. The late-night party usually goes from around 11 PM until 1:30–2 AM. Women really dress up at night, and a lot of people wear stylish outfits and dresses. There’s also a pharmacy directly across the street if you need prescriptions or other essentials. The age range at the resort was very mixed, probably anywhere from 21 to 80 years There are playrooms, but access is tied to their higher-tier membership packages. Premium members wear black wristbands and have access to everything.

Overall my experience was positive, good food, great atmosphere and overall good amenities. This was our second visit as we had a similar experience in June. We will definitely be going back down with friends next October for Halloween. A huge shout out to Bianca and Romeo who consistently greeted and checked in on us. One complaint is the front desk, the staff need better training in customer service.

This is a fantastic adults only resort. From the amazing Tino assisting with your suitcases upon arrival to Athenya (sorry spelling) with her great smile cooking delicious hamburgers by the sexy pool, you will enjoy every moment. The rooms are clean, modern, and large. There are many restaurants to choose from and the food is fresh and tasty. The nightly themed events / parties are fun and lively. I’ve never been to a resort where the guests are so friendly and welcoming. If you are travelling solo or as a couple, you’ll encounter people who are like-minded and who are easy to strike up a conversation with. The friendliness of the staff feels natural and not forced. As a guest, all Temptation Resort staff make you feel welcome. The service provided is top notch. You will love the non-judgmental atmosphere and the upbeat vibe of the property. This was one of, if not the best stay I’ve had on a trip. If you are open minded and enjoy a unique, fun, adult party atmosphere, this resort should be on your bucket list. I stayed for nine nights and could have stayed longer. Thanks to the wonderful staff and friendly guests.

Room had a really bad paint smell in it, called front desk 2x took over 1 5 hr for someone to show up, a maintenance guy they just spray a fragrance to cover it up 12hr later strong paint like fumes was back, Last year there was more entertainment at the pool this year only had half the games as before and most the playmaker from last year where gone and fired. Food was good but not many food choice on buffet for lunch and dinner. Bash food and pool side food was really good and one of the main reason we like this resort was that feature of having that available. Drinks are good. The playmakes they had last year where more fun, lively and entertaining the new ones seem to do the same thing everyday and afraid to let loose, joke around or be goofy. Best playmakes are diabla, bon bom, cowboy and I think her name is saam she a playmaker at pool and also does the Mc at the bash sometimes she been there for atleast a few years she great and our favorite!!

Staff was great as usual. Buffet food very average but most of the specialty restaurants were very good.
