My recent stay at the supposed 4-star, all-inclusive hotel in Cancun was far from satisfactory. Despite the promised amenities, the experience was marred by numerous issues. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with bugs infesting our room. Lack of ventilation led to mold, posing serious hygiene concerns. The service was abysmal, with staff displaying no enthusiasm for their work. This, being my fourth visit to Cancun, stands out as the worst hotel experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid wasting time and money on this establishment.
