We were charged for food we didnt receive. Our tub didnt work and was not fixed despite multiple requests.

Amazing service, great staff, good mixture from young couples to the blue hairs. Each pool had a different scene and energy. Only advise, like all resorts, they’ll try to up-sale you on everything, and check what the resort credits can be used on and for before agreeing to any pitches

You did feel safe. It is not walkable to anywhere, but we did feel safe going on our morning walks. Dining options are limited and food was only average. Italian restaurant on site was awful. Wound up eating room service that night as nothing they served was eatable. Other restaurants were okay, but not world class (as advertised) by any means. Fun place, lovely beach.

This was just what I needed - lounge chairs by the beach and the pools, cold drinks, and good food. I was at Sun Palace for 5 days before Christmas and had a great stay. My room was beautiful. Everything throughout the resort was spotless and attractive.

Overall, everything was great. The nice pools were not crowded, and there were great food options. Entertainment was not bad at all and lobby bar personnel is great as well as in every restaurant.

We had a great time staying at the Sun Palace. It was a smaller hotel but very nice and laid back. Everything is convenient. The pools were great and the service was outstanding. If you’re going for a quiet, smaller atmosphere, this is for you.

******* elevated our vacation experience with VIP package included room upgrade at no charge. Staff was very friendly,rooms and property were very clean and maintained. Food experience was great, excellent resort to celebrate a special occasion with your significant other.
