GR Solaris Cancun All Inclusive Reviews

The staff were very helpful, but the hotel app wasn't working, which was inconvenient. I wanted to change a restaurant reservation, but when I canceled it, I couldn't make another reservation. It was an all-inclusive resort, but I didn't realize there was a limit to the number of restaurant reservations I could make until I got there. I ended up eating most of my meals at the buffet, which was boring. Also, when I called to request laundry, no one answered the phone.

Not worth the money for an All Inclusive, not much foods options at the buffet.

We have been to the GR Solaris Cancun All Inclusive 3 times in the past all excellent this visit the same excellent.

The location is good, supermarket and many restaurants are nearby, they also have a 24 hrs coffer shop, which is good for us to have a simple breakfast before we hang out in the early morning. However, we have to bring our big suitcase to level 3 by staircase and the cleanness needs to improve.
