The hotel's front desk service is very poor. The restaurant is also very average. The facilities are also very average. The top room is a suite with one double bed. The room given to us has two single beds. We went to the front desk to argue. The front desk said that there are no other rooms. We can't help you whether you like staying here or not. We don't express it at all. I have been to Cancun 4 times and this hotel has the worst experience. It's terrible.

I have stayed at 3 resorts in Cancun and I’d say that Paradisus had the absolute worst customer service.
- Front Desk was by far the worst. They didn’t allow any changes to the reservation. We didn’t get any information about the resort; self-navigation.
- I booked through ******* and the description was not met. They didn’t have 2 queen beds, welcome wine or allow 4 people in a room.
- The rooms were outdated and dirty. They only had 2 towels, bugs in sink, and mattress that were stained and ripped up.
- The had glass water bottles in the mini fridge that need a bottle opener with no bottle opener.
-They will try to charge you for whatever they can like a late check-out, beach seating and food. We were told that coconut drinks were an additional fee, but then the waiter at lemon fish said that they’re actually free.
- The only people that deserve a 10/10 are the waiters and cooks.
- We spent our last day at the resort next door “Fiesta Americana Condesa” They had exceptional customer Service, making guests feel like royalty.
They also had accurate ******* representation and even exceeded expectations. Their rooms are modern and clean. I’d rate Fiesta Americana Condesa 20/10 and 2/10 for Paradisus.

Resort looks phenomenal from outside with beautiful entrance and smells good when you walk in. After you check it in you will see alot of shopping stores with skyrocket prices. Restaurant food are ok alot of options but not everything looks yummy. Now when you look into cleanlines you will catch alot of dirt details atound the building. Swimming pools are not well maintained. Leaks from rooms in lot of areas with a moldy smell( which ruins the whole vacation ) in other words looks wow from outside and basic from inside. Needs alot of work and maintenance. Staff looks like they dont even care because they are used to it.

Its a beautiful property and the beach is wonderful. Similarly to what many have mentioned, we felt that the staff were pretty miserable- specifically the bartenders. We were there over nye and it did get better afterwards but overall not the happy hospitality individuals you would expect.
The food was okay, not great but fine! The major disappointment was a lack of snacks available both during the day and at night. There were pastries at the nespresso bars but I am gluten free so couldnt enjoy any of them and would have appreciated a bowl of fruit and granola bars.
The lines were also very long for both the buffet and restaurants so expect to wait. The menus were so extensive that I wonder with a more condensed menu if they could have got food served quicker and people in and out faster.
Getting a seat by the pool was impossible unless you get up early to "reserve with a towel early in the morning" but we generally got a chair on the beach.

The stay was wonderful, however the only downside is the dining options. After a certain time (8-9pm) it is difficult to dine at other restaurants other than the buffet. Buffet options are the same on a daily basis and not all that great. Service is great though!
