Efficient, friendly and helpful. We arrived in the rain on motorcycles, wet. We had no booking. Lovely lady made us feel very welcome, thankful they had a room. The lady showed us were we could hung our wets to dry. The room was spacious, comfortable and modern.

Absolutely superb stay there, very nice location, the hotel is modern, clean and tidy and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Generous dinners and breakfasts. We´ll ceratinly use this hotel again our our way to Dolomites.

I can highly recommend the Hotel Gesser for ski touring as its location is ideal for the South Tyrol and the Italian Dolomites, the food is always beautifully prepared and delicious, the rooms are clean comfortable and had all that I needed with piping hot water in the shower after a day out touring. My six friends and I from England, Wales, Scotland and Austria have stayed before and we are always made most welcome by all the family.

Excellent service from the owners. Very good selection of food. Five-star cleanliness. Very comfortable rooms and top level decoration. Very good location. 15 minutes from 3 Zinnen , Dolomites, Italy, one of the best alpine ski center than I ever gone

Austrian Gem What a wonderful find this family hotel was. The Owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and we loved our spacious room. The breakfast and dinner were both one of the best we experienced in Europe and the special touches were above expectations. Would love to come back!

An excellent 11 days of ski-touring with half a dozen friends, all staying at this hotel. A good base to explore the Villgraten and Kartitsch areas and venture into the Sextner Dolomites in Italy. The hotel provides a great base - warm ski-room with plenty of heated boot drying racks, modern bed-room with comfy bed and plenty of storage, and a really good shower. The meals (breakfast & dinner) were superb and service excellent. Also a quiet sunny garden in which to relax in the afternoon with a drink. Parking close - short distance to carry the skis and day-packs.
