Golden Tulip Goa Candolim

Stayed for four nights after touring Northern India. First impressions we're poor, there were trays of toom service left outside rooms on our floor for more than 15 hours. I've never experienced that anywhere, ever before . Understaffed, perhaps..? Breakfast was average in terms of food but hot drinks were below average. Room was average/good but sadly we arrived and found the bedding hadn't been changed prior to our arrival and when we brought this to the reception teams attention, we were basically ignored and no apology provided. We requested the bedding be changed, it was but the replacement bedding was damaged with holes in it and heavily stained. Really very disappointing!! No hand towels issued either despite requests. The hotel was noisy at night, this was the guests, not the staff though. Those who were staying on our floor were incredibly disrespectful towards other guests. Staff were not unfriendly but weren't particularly friendly either. Service in the restaurant was good but if you wanted a drink or food throughout the day or to get the bill thereafter it was a ridiculous wait and had to chase up several times. Pool staff were great, but pool loungers we're metal and were difficult to change their back position due to perished metal fittings. They also got extremely hot and were liable to cause discomfort if you touched the armrests for example. ***agement were chatty and wanted to provide good service but this wasn't felt amongst the staff towards us. Overall we were happy to be leaving after our short stay and wouldn't want to return as is. Such a shame :(

Amazing location and big spacious rooms at candolim. Hassle free check in with the help of receptionist Anjalee.great work.would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.food is also good.👍value for money indeed.the plus point 2 swimming pools to splash in 😉

Hotel rooms are so good...staffs are so good and helpful.... especially Anjali from front office...she is so kind and good ***ner girl...she give us good rooms and late check-out......thank you so much Anjali......food is also good but service is very slow....But Because of Anjali its all worth it.....we will come again ...Thank you so much Asen also for giving us information...

We are very pleased with the hospitality provided by this resort ..... especially front desk staff Ms anjali and Ms babitha... thanks a ton for making our trip memorable.... very approachable and sweet they even went all the way to help us by changing rooms to accommodate is comfortably

We are family of four with two teenagers so its very difficult to pick a hotel which can accommodate all of us without taking two separate rooms. Our agent found this perfect property for our long weekend getaway to Goa. We stayed in apartment type two bedroom accommodation. We had a feel of living in 2 bedroom apartment complex of ours. The staff were good and special thanks to Rohit at the front desk for getting us our room earlier than usual. The breakfast buffet can improve a lot and it was just mediocre. The best part of this property is access to swimming pool till 10 pm. My kids had great fun after a full day of sightseeing then entering the pool when we came back tired, it was refreshing. Overall, a great family vacation spot.

Our experience at the Golden Tulip resort was absolutely exceptional. Hosting our conference there was a decision we won't regret. The venue itself was breathtaking, boasting top-notch facilities and impeccable maintenance. Moreover, the staff, particularly Ms. Rupali and team went above and beyond to ensure our event's success. Their warm welcome and immense support made our time at the resort truly memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment, are super happy to have organized our conference in such a remarkable setting.

The hotel's ***agement showed a complete lack of empathy. They prioritized profit over a genuine customer's situation, which included a child's illness. This behavior is in stark contrast to the hospitality standards one expects, especially from a four-star establishment. The hotel's ***agement displayed a shocking lack of compassion. Their refusal to consider my son's illness and my desperate plea to cancel was nothing short of inhu***e. This is appalling behavior for a hospitality establishment. This hotel operates under false pretenses of hospitality.
