Estou pedindo o cancelamento da reserva, motivo quarto com cheiro fortíssimo de mofo e esgoto no banheiro. Pedi para me trocarem de quarto e me informaram que só tinha quarto sem a sacada. Aí falei que queria o quarto igual o da minha reserva, e me informaram que não tinham sendo que o hotel se encontrava bem vazio. A atendente e o gerente me informaram que me devolveriam o valor da reserva, sendo que eu precisava pedir pra vocês me cancelarem do meu cartão de crédito. Resumindo não fiquei no hotel e tive que procurar outro na cidade. Preciso do reembolso do valor que foi pago no meu cartão.

Gostamos bastante do hotel, é simples, mas a cama é confortável, banheiro sempre está quentinho no inverno. Café da manhã simples, mas bom.
