Pousada acolhedora.
O hotel é simples, mas atendeu bem o perfil da minha família. Passamos 5 dias e não tenho motivos para reclamar. O atendimento da recepção é muito boa, o pessoal é bem prestativo. O café da manhã é bem simples, porém já esperava pelo valor da diária. Só senti falta de secador de cabelo. Quando precisei peguei na recepção, mas o que estava disponível era um secador pequeno e fraco. Por conta do frio não dava para sair com o cabelo molhado. O quatto tem ar condicionado inverter, o que ajudou bastante no frio. Voltaria com certeza.

Hotel bonito por fora, com um jardim estilo medieval. Porém o seu interior percebe-se ser antigo, móveis, tapete, acessórios de banheiro, etc. Lugar dispõe de poucas vagas de estacionamento, mas pode colocar na rua sem problema, pois o local é super tranquilo e baixíssimo fluxo de carro. Recepção atenciosa e cordial. Ponto negativo é o café, onde sua maioria é alimento industrializado, onde não tem um suco natural e sim em pó (Tang). Suco em pó dá pedra nos rins.

Mudaram esse nome para Pousada Bella Serra, mas o lugar é o mesmo. Reservei pra ontem. Péssima experiência!!! Lugar sujo!! Sem qq aquecimento ou refrigeraçao. Cheiro de mofo. Não tem se quer sabonete. Papel higienico de pessima qualidade e pela metade: muitoooo nojentoooooo!! Péssimo atendimento dos staffs. Paredes riscadas, box sujo. NAO FICAMOS!!! NÃO UTILIZAMOS A RESERVA MESMO TENDO PAGO!! Ao sair, falamos que NÃO FICARÍAMOS devido as PÉSSIMAS INSTALAÇOES, mas o recepcionista NADA FEZ para melhorar a situaçao. NAO RECOMENDO e ALERTO: CUI DA DO!!
