Bela pousada , com quartos e decoração elegante em todos os espaços, pessoas super acolhedoras e sensíveis as demandas sejam quais forem que os hóspedes solicitarem . Estão sempre solícitos , simpáticos e atendem com presteza . Os lençóis e toalhas se destacam pela limpeza e acabamentos diferenciados , além de roupões à disposição, tivemos uma experiência surpreendente agradável com kits até importados de shampoo, condicionador e sabonete. Aproveitamos bastante o período mágico nesse local familiar e com ares de casa européia de corações e almas de brasileiros , não sei quando terei a oportunidade de voltar ,mas sem dúvidas se pudesse recomendaria a quem quiser ir à Canela. Destaque -se o café da manhã estilo colonial, super diversificado e com tudo novinho e quentinho, muito bem servido pelo funcionário Maurício, que dá um show de alegria e elegância. Os donos não ficam atrás , super gentis e nem informados sobre todas as atrações pagas que perguntamos tanto da pousada como da cidade .Tem ainda opcionais de massagens e atividades de SPA , com um ambiente de natureza e jardim belíssimo . Sem palavras pra agradecer tamanha cordialidade e amor pelo trabalho que todos da pousada tem .

Lugar lindo, aconchegante, energia maravilhosa! Os jardins, pedras, o contanto com a natureza, tudo simplesmente incrível! O Spa também é incrível, adorei a massagem, super relaxante. O café da manhã e da tarde são excelentes. Quarto aconchegante e confortável.
