Very poorly equipped apartment despite having space and facilities: a tiny shower, hot water is cut off, they only leave two sachets of shampoo for two people (not even soap), a small bed for two and only two very soft pillows. The kitchen does not even have napkins. Also, we had breakfast included, which is in a bar on another street. Upon arrival, it was closed... At reception they did not inform us that it was closed on Sunday, and if we did not call the accommodation, they do not bring us the substitute for breakfast, which was a poor picnic with frozen bread, jam, butter, soluble coffee and a bit of sausage. Neither oil, nor tomato nor a miserable napkin. Very disappointing that this sufficiently spacious and well-restored apartment is not taken advantage of to better equip it and a better service is not offered that costs nothing and that would avoid criticism like this.

The problem is that it depends a lot on the apartment they give you, I have paid the same both times and the apartments have nothing to do with each other, if they had given me the one the second time the first time I would not return. Strong smell of tobacco from the stairs, poorly cleaned bathroom, small, uncomfortable shower with black silicone, very very rough sheets and towels, very small apartment, I can cook from the bed, very hot in the room when I arrive, very The bathroom and refrigerator were noisy, the television remote had dirty windows, it left a lot to be desired and no cover. Anyway, the first time the apartment was about three times the size of the second one and at least I had a sofa where I could sit and watch TV or work. I'll think about it when I have to return for work, this time I wasn't comfortable.

I booked a duplex apartment that gave me free wifi and parking. 1st problem, despite having free parking included, they did not give it to me. I would solve it with the website that reserved it and they would return it to me as they told me. But the second was a disaster, I arrived at the apartment and the smell was completely unhealthy, put simply, the smell of fecal water. I went up the stairs and when I entered the bathroom I saw a blockage in the shower with a clearly suspicious substance with a fecal smell. I called and one of the receptionists came to check it and obviously the smell was very clear, he came out like hell and told me that they were changing my apartment. I told him that due to my disability with reduced mobility (I am on crutches), they could give me one without stairs because he saw in situ that it was almost impossible for me to go down those stairs, they are impracticable because they are narrow and steep for anyone and they gave it to me for the I give it 1 star. They would also have been better if at the beginning and seeing my circumstances they had been more empathetic and human and given it to me from the first moment (or at least warned me) and avoided the pain that I had from that moment due to the great effort in downloading them. When I arrived at night and the next day when I left the apartments, I was grateful to lose that unpleasant smell that was already throughout the building. The area is not very good, not only because of the lack of parking, although if it is central I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY. PS the second apartment is in better condition but just approved, old showers, towels that are scratchy because they are old and the cleaning is just fair.
