Very nice view! ! And it's very clean. I'm a bit of a germaphobe, but I'm very satisfied with the bathroom and bedding this time. I highly recommend the bedroom on the second floor, which is connected to a small balcony with a view of the sea in the distance. Because the villa faces east, it is highly recommended to get up at 6:30 in the morning in winter to enjoy the sunrise in the bedroom. I happened to be very lucky these few days and saw the beautiful sunrise and morning glow.

除了位置稍偏僻外，其它都滿分。衞生無死角，床品和浴巾乾淨無暇，環境很棒，廚房間鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全，就缺油鹽醬醋。就是高德導航每次都導到最偏僻繞山路的後門，包括到鎮上也是導航多開十幾分鐘的路線，第一次我們上當了，後來熟悉後，就不按導航路線開，直接開大路，導航到一半後才會更正過來，就這兒高德會死認一條最偏僻的路，其它地方都沒這種問題。

入住的時候前台工作人員態度很好但是作為一家價格不低的民俗衞生真的要改進一下衞生間下水口有上個住户的粗硬毛髮不是頭髮設施條件也不太行那麼多房間竟然用同一個熱水器晚上熱水洗着洗着就沒了在浴室裏等着熱水快一個半小時到最後也沒洗上用熱水壺燒熱水混着冷水勉強洗完了房間裏也沒有配備驅蚊液雖然才清明但是已經有蚊子了夜裡被蚊子騷擾的沒法睡覺衹有前台態度好的一家民宿大避雷一下吧

整體挺好的，民宿小區環境不錯，在房間就能看到海，住了兩天很安靜，睡眠很好。
提幾個小建議：1.停車問題還是需要溝通，提着行李做小區擺渡車不方便，但園區的停車收費還是需要溝通的，我們住了兩晚付了130停車費（比如不限時50上限1天可以隨意進出也是一個辦法，不然付款了上限的錢，再次進出還是要付費）
2.早餐有點敷衍，可能是園區食堂的關係
3.房間內擺放行李的位置太少了，箱子沒地方放，廚房那裡有有點浪費
這兩晚還是住的挺舒服的，小哥也很負責，提前溝通晚上還跑出來來接我們，房間有水果，飲料和水，第二天都主動給我們補（友情提醒：打掃的阿姨不要讓她們成羣結隊在住宿區聊天哦）

這個酒店500多公里一路開過來，雖做了攻略，但多少有點不確定，到達已經晚上9點，半山半島裏我有點迷路，女司機女司機😂小哥很熱情，在路口等我，辦好入住後開電動車帶路到住所，驚喜！超出預期的好！我們在二樓陽台看着星星吃燒烤，早餐在半書房面朝大海，温州印象，贊，下次還來

房間是在獨棟小別墅的二樓，大大的落地玻璃，可以看到大海，房間很寬敞，還有飲料，水，和好幾種水果放在房間裏供客人享用。衞生間地面還有地暖，非常貼心。
管家很貼心，住着很舒心，賓至如歸的感覺。
美中不足的就是民宿有點難找，被導航繞了幾圈才找到，別墅區的路很窄我們的車子大一點難開也難停。
總體非常滿意，推薦！
