"The room was spacious, and the bathroom had good drainage with excellent water pressure. The front desk staff were very friendly and the sales department proactively contacted us to confirm our check-in time. They even prepared slippers and toys for our child in advance, which was a thoughtful touch. Since we were traveling by car, they went above and beyond by helping us clean the rearview mirrors and front windshield, which was totally unexpected! The location is great, very convenient for getting around, and the large park right across the street is perfect for kids."

"This is a five-star hotel in Cangzhou, and the breakfast spread is indeed quite impressive. They had local lamb intestine soup, Shandong snacks at live cooking stations, and a whole row of Cantonese dim sum. The food was excellent. From my room window, I could see the old Cangzhou Dahua factory, which has now been repurposed into a museum for intangible cultural heritage."

"The hotel is new, so the environment is great and the rooms are spacious. I booked the Lavande Deluxe King Room, which was over 140 RMB more expensive than a standard king. I have two complaints: First, for that much extra, I asked the front desk what made it special. They said it included a 70 RMB gift box and a mini-fridge in the room. When I got to the room, the mini-fridge was empty, which was ridiculous. I suggest they at least put a couple of drinks in there. Second, as a new hotel, they're using old-fashioned toilets, which is a big letdown. I thought all new Lavande hotels, like the older ones, were equipped with these old-style toilets. But then today I stayed at a newly opened Lavande in Zhangjiakou, and they had smart toilets. I'm completely baffled."

"When I checked in in the afternoon, the internet and TV were working fine. However, when I returned around 11 PM, the internet and TV stopped working. The front desk service was okay; they had housekeeping adjust the TV. They worked on it for a while, and it worked, but the signal dropped again as soon as they left. I didn't call them back. The staff member who came to adjust the TV said it was normal for buffering during peak TV viewing times, and they couldn't fix it if they couldn't get it working. I found this strange. Isn't 11 PM a peak time for TV viewing? And isn't the TV not working a hotel problem? Why is it still not working? They should at least offer a solution. I hope they can improve the internet and provide training for the evening staff. They can't just be helpless if they can't fix it. And this "no solution" attitude is quite infuriating. (I have no intention of asking the hotel for a refund or compensation; this is just my personal opinion.)"

"Stepping into the Hanting Hotel felt like entering a warm and tranquil haven. Soft lighting, like delicate silk, gently bathed every inch of space, instantly dispelling the fatigue of travel. The room was simply yet elegantly furnished, with every piece of furniture placed perfectly, showcasing meticulous attention to detail. The snow-white bedding, soft and supple, felt like clouds gently embracing me, ensuring a restful night's sleep."

"I was politely greeted as soon as I entered the door. The front desk lady checked in super fast. It was done in less than two minutes. She also took the initiative to tell us the location of breakfast and elevator. It was too intimate. The bedding felt soft, and I fell in when I lay down and slept very soundly all night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry thoroughly, and the countertops and floors are clean. It is very convenient to go to the business district and attractions. There are many delicious shops around. It is very comfortable to go back to the hotel when you are tired. This stay experience is really full. I will definitely stay here next time I come here. I have already recommended it to friends who want to travel around. 👍"

"Facilities: The smart voice control and the small robot are quite convenient. Cleanliness: I was a bit unhappy with the room service. The room door was wide open when I checked in on the first day, and when I returned on the second day, there was no sign of cleaning. Isn't room service the most basic requirement? They claim to respect privacy, but I didn't see much respect for it on the first day. Later that afternoon, I specifically asked the front desk, and when I returned to the room that evening, I found it had indeed been cleaned. However, the most crucial issue was the bed! It was barely made, and the wrinkles were still very obvious. Generally, shouldn't hotels at least change the bedding as a basic requirement for room service? When I first checked in, I noticed a lot of dust and some short hairs… and when I returned on the third day, it was even worse—the bed was completely untouched! It looked exactly the same as when I left (as shown in the picture). This is the most unsatisfactory thing about my stay! I hope the hotel can pay attention to this! After all, the most important thing about a hotel is the bed. Environment: The room itself was pretty good, but could the bathroom door not be transparent? Haha, it might be a bit inconvenient if you're not a close friend or family member sharing a room. The hotel is right next to a main road. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; they were able to resolve most issues I encountered when I called. Summary: Please pay more attention to room service, bed linen and duvet cover changes, and the cleanliness of the bedding. Everything else was quite good."
