Canmore is a beautiful, small town, often seen as a great stopover or base for visiting Banff, which is only about a 20-minute drive away. The hostel is centrally located. There's no traditional front desk; all check-in instructions and information are sent via email, which is perfectly fine for experienced travelers. The interior was very clean, and it had all the essential facilities you'd expect from a hostel: communal bathrooms, a kitchen, and a laundry room. I felt completely safe during my stay. Given the high hotel prices in Banff during the summer, this place truly offers unbeatable value for money.

This hostel is 10/10 recommended. It is cheap and everything is with nice quality. The staffs there are really sweet. The restaurant and bar downstairs is an amazing place to meet the locals here and get to know more about Canmore and Banff. You can also make new friends here as a solo-traveler. This hostel makes my experience of this trip unforgettable. Also, I can’t believe people here wake up with this amazing view every day. The place is surrounded by snowy mountains, which make the experience feel like wonderland. It is also very convenient to travel from here to Banff. You just need to take bus 3. The bus stop is 2 minutes away from the hostel, which is very nice.

The hostel is generally clean and the common space is cosy when there are not so many guests around. However, it's very hard or almost impossible to contact someone for help if anything happens.

Perfect location as slap bang in the middle of the main street and has everything available around it to you, close to bus stops,shops,restaurants and trails. A self service hostal so can't comment on service as you serve yourself. Kitchen available but can be cramps due to other people in the hostel using it and limited cooking room if someone else is using it. Would use again
