This hotel/condo complex has seen better days. Some serious updating would help. The pool is huge and has great views of the Med, but it was also quite dirty and at times overcrowded. Not much in the way of lifeguards either, so keep an eye on kids or anyone who isn't a strong swimmer. It costs 4 euros per beach chair and it's in shifts from 0900-1400 and 1400-1900 as the pool closes by 1945. No restaurant on site and it's a steep walk down to the beach with the nearest restaurant about 15+ mins away. Uber Eats worked fine for delivery here. It's pretty tired looking in the interior. Stayed in a condo owner's unit which was fine but cramped for four people. The units are often designed and updated with the A/C located in the living room/kitchen area which means the bedroom has no A/C or fan. As others have said, leaving the windows open doesn't work well at times with some guests getting drunk and loud into the late hours of the night or having cigarette smoke waft in through open windows. Be sure to keep deck door and front door locked given incidents of theft as well. Not planning to return. Best to look elsewhere.

HORROR AND TERRIBLE, FRAUDULENTS, because I was deceived, I made a reservation for the month of July, and Villa Francia, without my request and without my permission, changed the date of my stay in September, then doubled the price and offered me to buy the same room again for twice as much money, I asked for help from a booking service support but I did not find understanding, and they sided with the fraudster, when you support fraudsters and take their side, automatically you become a fraudulent company, from now on I will be much more careful with you.the stay was horrible, it is an old apartment, the owner was constantly pressuring us, I could not rest at all, the room is very dirty, no towels and sheets for beds and pillows, we had to buy ourselves from the city (very expensive), the refrigerator was very loud and in the living room you can not sleep from it, cutlery did not follow as well as sheets, parking as if there is none, it is provided for a dozen vehicles and there is never enough space for your vehicle, I had to park 1 km from the apartment , on the street and unsafe, they scratched my car, the beach is very far and you go through the train station,the water in the pool is very cold and dirty, there is food in it from the nearby restaurant,

Disgustingly filthy apartment booked through Novasol and the apartment was burgled on the second night. We did not feel safe staying there so had to book extra last minute accommodations at great expense. It is not 500m from the beach but a n extremely hill at least 1k. Wouldn’t give any stars if that was possible it was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. Paid extra for linen and sheets had blood on them. No too cover so used a tablecloth from the cupboard. Internet rubbish, tv didn’t work, sofa bed was just a sofa, I could say much more

apartment planned with a sea view, we had roofs covered due to work!!, none has a residence perched in the heights of Cannes, full of stairs to get from one place to another, you have to go through the parking lot to make traveling easier, but on a daily basis it's boring to spend all your time crossing a parking lot to get to the swimming pool, or whatever!! and besides, the deckchairs cost €8/per day and per person, there were 6 of us!! I'll let you calculate the excess without having been informed!! I booked my vacation and paid for my stay on Maéva only to be told when I arrived that I am not a Maeva customer!! so no one to help us, no welcome, we are left to our own devices, no bed linen or towels!! a so-called sea view spoiled by covered roofs under construction!! not to mention the state of the very very dirty common areas!!. and finally the security guards at the swimming pool who act as police so much that we think we are in the penitentiary, fleeing in this emergency, I was counting the days to leave, very very very disappointed I really do not recommend. 😡😡😡

(Let's not forget that They are just doing their job!!). I would also like to thank the people who lovingly maintain our Splendid park with always courtesy!!! I would just like to add to the owners who do not play the game that through your faults the residence those who work and its vacationers are confronted with problems which normally should not occur! This residence is horrible, poor reception, deplorable, you are received with disdain, dirty, neglected apartment. We were clearly made to understand that it was entry-level and that we had to be satisfied with that! Simple when I arrived in the apartment I just wanted to cry because it was so horrible. Tiny bathroom when you sit down your knees touch the door, the bathroom you have to stand up in the bathtub to close the door. The couch was dirty and smelled bad. Dirty toilets, loose duvets and pillows in the cupboard and at first glance in poor condition. Apart from the view and the swimming pool, nothing is good. The residence is located high up, not recommended for the elderly or those with reduced mobility, is not at all 800m from the beach, 1.5km on foot with a steep climb. Overall a nice residence. Good low cost solution. The common areas such as swimming pool and parking are ok. Absolutely horrendous apartment. Even more unpleasant host experience. The photos of the house do not correspond to reality: narrow and dimly lit space. Smells damp, poor cleanliness. Host unable to do their job. Zero flexibility and extreme rudeness.
