Just awful and Trip.com service to be avoided! Never again will I make a reservation through Trip.com big scam! Cheap is expensive...

Hotel in poor condition the rooms were dirty with a strong smell of mold (shower tray, wall, ceiling) clogged shower tray. The only positive point is that the staff is welcoming and responsive to customer requests.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Location, Mosquito Control Measures, Room Layout, Toiletries, Nearby Restaurants, Natural Light in the Room; This hotel is invincible, very dirty, and will definitely not stay again next time. Simply invincible.

Very good, good, good

Welcoming and friendly staff. The downside is the air conditioning which is very noisy, dilapidated and not very refreshing in the bedroom. It is almost non-existent in the room where breakfast is served.

Overall very good stay in the hotel except for the mold in the shower due to dilapidation. Air conditioning which did not work but otherwise good stay for one night. The mattress was too soft for me it should be changed. Friendly and smiling staff. Small downside the noise of the carnival just opposite which forces us to close the windows

Room 303. Surprising state of maintenance of the bathroom. WC water pipe cover dislocated, shower mounting bracket broken, shower drain practically clogged, towel placed on the shower tray waiting completely wet on arrival, coat hook on the door not fixed. Tablet in front of the unboxed window. I should have taken pictures.

Too far from the city, basic hotel, cleanliness leaves something to be desired, the swimming pool is very good.

I booked the Hotel as I was driving through France and needed a place to stop for the night and considering the price of hotels in the area the Kyriad was a great choice. It was the second year running that I stayed at the hotel and again the staff were so helpful and friendly. The room is the basic Kyriad type room and was ok for the night. On this visit the restaurant was not open in the evening as it was a Saturday but there are plenty of easting options nearby. The breakfast was fine and fresh food is brought out when required. There is plenty of parking outside and the hotel makes for a good base. I would be happy to stay there again.

Bed was comfy, two types of pillows provided. Access to wardrobe and desk. Viable damage to furniture in room (side tables chipped on all edges). Cleanliness could be better. Brown stain with hair in smeared on the doorframe outside the room. A few more smears on the wall inside the room. Breakfast was nice. Good selection of continental food (pastries, yoghurt, fruit, cereal). Some hot food available but mostly gone by 8:30am. Bathroom is quite small - only good for one person at a time. Shower hooks come off quite easily. Shower head fell off handle while it was being used. Hairdryer doesn’t work well. Hand soap and shampoo/body gel provided. Pressure / temp control of the shower was good. Staff are really nice and helpful. Good options for parking. Air conditioning was a godsend, really helpful when the weather is hot. Staff didn’t change the bed covers or replenish teas / coffees. Bus stop is a 2 minute walk away, 15 mins to get to the city centre. Some supermarkets, fast food places, discount clothing store and gym nearby. Ideal for a night or two, but no more than that.

I had a great one night stay at this Kyriad hotel which was in a convenient location while traveling along the south of France and was a very reasonable price for the area. An easy smooth check in and I was made to feel very welcome and had a nice chat to the staff. The room was comfortable and was the usual budget hotel room and had a kettle and tea and coffee too and was fine for an overnight stop. I had dinner in the busy restaurant which was good and the staff there were very helpful and friendly. I had breakfast too and there was a good spread available. There is a secure car park too which was handy. A good price, great staff and I would be happy to stay there again

Very old hotel, completely dilapidated. Tiny room ditto the bathroom... Restoration of the same level. (Limited dishes and the wine served to me was changed twice!!) When I arrived for breakfast, a group had passed and all that was left was...the leftovers! To flee!!!

Old hotel, worn room with bad smell, damaged furniture, broken bathroom, non-functional toilet (no water), remote control without battery. How is it possible that this hotel is 3 stars? There must be a mistake !
